Byla jsem v hotelu již 4x. Hotel na krásném místě, blízko centra. Bazén, vířivka, sauny, vše bez problémů. Snídaně velmi bohatá
Co se od posledy změnilo je platba v hotovosti. Procedury a lázeňské poplatky se musí platit hotově. Což mne dost zaskočilo a poplatek za výběr z automatu byl přímo na místě 106 Kč + 35 poplatek v bance. Takže kurz byl opravdu velmi nevýhodný a platba 300 zlotých se dost prodražila. Dále mají asi problém s maséry. 3x předtím tam byla vynikající masérka Anežka, na kterou jsem se vždy těšila. Její masáž lávovými kameny byla bezkonkurenční. Nyní je tam masér, a v podstatě vás 30 minut hladí po zádech. Jeho masáž mne velmi zklamala.

Posiłki zarówno śniadanie jak i kolacja bardzo smaczne i różnorodne.
Jedynie restauracja wydawała się zbyt mała na tak dużą ilość gości. Trzeba było czekać na miejsca wolne.

Výborná snídaně, dostatek jídla, výběr druhů, káva z automatu i filtrovaná. Bazén, vířivka volný přístup po celý den, 3 druhy saun. V baru káva výborná a levnější než v městečku. Recepční ochotné, rozumí česky.

At the check in I had been question led if I am traveling alone few times, which I had. It was other guest intervening on my behalf to stop asking such questions. When asked about car I explained I travel on foot I still had been given card for parking.
However the biggest disappointment was that I had been bitten by bed bugs over my hands and legs.

We got the keys at the reception, but one of the rooms was not cleaned yet.

Very nice place, location and territory are awesome, rooms are simple but clean and really fine for a couple of days

We liked location in walking distance to a tiny downtown. Large balcony, nice bar area with two free concerts - one on Saturday and one on Sunday. All you can eat meals in their own restaurant (not cheap at all!)
No services like massages, spa, laser treatment, kriotherapy were available during the weekend. Loud music playing all day long at the bar outside area was annoying. No AC was available and duirng hot weather we were forced to keep windows cloese due to the nocy music.

Cosy and tidy room. Polite and helpfull staff. Great abundant breakfast with a huge variety of options (some of them quite uncommon for hotel breakfasts and definitely worth trying). There is a big storage room for bikes (we came by bike), so thumbs up. We regret that we spent just one night there and couldn't try some of the spa treatments.
Our balcony was shared with the neighbouring room.

It was a Buffet breakfast and everything was so delicious.
The sauna time starts from 15:30 hrs. which should be same as swimming area.

the mattresses - these were some with springs which we could feel when we leaned on the bed.
requiring face mask in the breakfast area, if no one was wearing them in the rest of the hotel.
not sure how much soundproof the walls are.
it is nice that spa and swimming pool nice that is it there, although it seems rather small for a hotel with such big capacities.

Good location for surrounding town and activities.
Clean rooms, good selection of food at breakfast (though it was impossible to find anyone to top up the milk for coffee etc.)
Reception staff were rude, unhelpful and were ignoring us. Upon arrival aside from the keys to our rooms we haven't received any information about facilities, meal times etc. Felt like everything was a chore for them and they didn't want us there. They paid no attention at arrival or checkout.
