Location was perfect. Breakfast was great, lots of options! The beach was lovely. We had a great view from our room and the bed was really big. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do more for you. Always pleasant and smiling.

You had to pay for lounger on beach, thought hotel might have had their own loungers on the beach? The room was a little smaller than I expected but was good, not complaining.

The location is very good. Next to one of the most iconic beaches of the island.

This is a very expensive hotel which doesn’t represent what they are offering and facilities. The hotel is dated and would benefit from a refurbishment. Inexperienced staff not able to offer a good customer service as you would expect from a 4/5 star hotel. For instance, they stop serving food at the swimming pool area at 16:00!! We arrived late with two hungry children and not able to get them something to eat while they were enjoying the swimming pool. The staff were serving fruits to other customers but could not bring for us even though I said we will pay for it. The swimming pool closes at 18:30!! At breakfast the personnel were all inexperienced and had to go and ask management before answering any of our queries. At check out when asked to use a shower after a long day at the swimming pool and beach they could not help us out. The showers at the spa were all reserved for other customers!! A simple thing as a shower with shampoo, how difficult is it to offer this to a customer who spent 1,200 euro for two days!! Overall, you expect top quality service from a hotel claiming is a 4/5 stars and for the price you pay. Not the case for this hotel!

We loved the location and the approachable, friendly staff. Breakfast was great. And my son was happy to take advantage of the time slot and have a free sauna!

Water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low.... and a coffee machine in the room would of been nice.

Restaurant near the pool, food doesn't meet the value of money.

Perfect location,on the main street. Pool area is big,with a lot of sunbeds and easy access to the beach. Food is delicious.

Everything was super- hotel and the restaurant and the pool, friendly kind and helpful staff.

The room was not very clean. floor, closet, mirror were dirty and under the bed the smell of old!!! dampness.. Underground parking is terrible!!

Capo Bay is a lovely hotel with great facilities just metres from one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to. The thing that made this hotel for me though was the incredible staff, nothing was ever too much for them!

Quality of food was average. Especially the Easter lunch buffet was mediocre. And the much publicised “entertainment” was a dancing group that consisted of young students. I don’t think they were paid but the hotel did hike up the price of lunch!
