Localização excelente, de frente para a praia central. Quartos muito confortáveis, piscina externa e piscina coberta (para os dias de chuva). Academia espaçosa e bem equipada. Restaurante Paris 6 anexo ao hotel.

Piscina coberta precisando de algumas reformas (desgaste pelo tempo). Estacionamento do hotel caro (R$45 a diária). Qualidade das toalhas de banho poderia ser melhor.

Café, quarto, gentileza e atendimento. Localizacao espetacular!

Elevador muito tultuado devido a hospedagem de grandes grupos de adolecentes q ficavam subindo e descendo.

O quarto estava bastante sujo embaixo da cama e do criado mudo, avisamos o pessoal da limpeza, mas não adiantou muito.

Gostei que tem um espelho grande e do chuveiro

Quarto pequeno para acomodação de 3 pessoas. Se não tem espaço, que não vendam a opção! Toalhas antigas, não tem cardápio com valores do frigobar e snacks na acomodação!!

We, as a couple, love BC and the location of Mercure (seafronts). We went do BC and stayed in Mercure many times. We like the cleaness and breakfast. We like the hotel in general. We specifically like to book and stay in the rooms with a sea view. We usually go to BC in the weekends for a short stay, we live in a city close by.

What we don’t like about Mercure is that they never consider our requestfor seafront rooms ☹️

Access to the beach was perfect and very centrally located

Location and the staff.

The cleanliness, maintenance, and other matters: 1- Bathrooms : hair in the shower, in the sink. The towels old, usage signs. 2- Room: bedsheet ripped, also hair on it. 3- AC was not working properly. 4- The gym was not working, we were informed about after the check-in. 5- Some guests wearing wet beach clothing laying on the sofas in the lobby, and in the elevators. 6-One of the elevators was not working, so the entire hotel was being served by just one, so it was a chaos ; missed 2 Uber because of that. 7- The pool area is very small, and it does not reflect what it is shown on the internet photos. 8- A lot of solicitors, homelessness at the entrance of yhe hotel asking for money.

The room service was not available. So, there wasn't any type of meals to be able to order at hotel. It was inconvenient this.

We like the hotel in general, but we feel that they could care more about our requests because we are frequent guests.

We complained because there was a day without cleaning and changing the towels :(

Everything was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was great.

Unfortunately our stay was when the lockdown happened so the facilities which was the reason why we booked the hotel were closed and so we left one day early. Also due to the hotel being smoke free we went outside to have a cigarette and was verbally abused by the guarda which was really aggressive and completely unnecessary
