The breakfast was the best we have ever had EXCELLENT

Our room was at the back not near the sea not much of a view

Staff was kind, in particular breakfast service and front desk. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Breakfast offer has been wide and good quality.

Cleanliness is just poor. Floor of our level has not been vacuumod for a week (familiar breadcrumbs saying hi to us every day). We had a dirty curtain, floor was so worn that it seemed unreal, minibar was empty and showerhead needed to be replaced because it was letting water out everywhere. Terrace has never been cleaned. Spa is a joke, particularly compared to the size of the hotel. There is a small sauna which has broken bench. Sometimes clean towels usually placed out were just not available. Overall the place is rundown. Staff is kind but some of them lacked expertise. Food of the main restaurant was pathetic particularly for the price. Just avoid it.

Ottima colazione ben fornita e alta qualità del cibo, bene che sia servita fino alle 11! È un vantaggio in vacanza.

Abbiamo alloggiato in una suite ed eravamo in 4, ma al cambio di asciugamani e facilities, dopo la quotidiana pulizia della camera, ho dovuto richiedere per ben 3 volte l'integrazione di qualcosa di mancante per la quarta persona. Avevo anche chiesto un letto aggiuntivo (e confermato via email dalla struttura) per mia figlia che avrei preferito trovare già pronto in camera e invece ho dovuto richiedere di nuovo all'arrivo perché non predisposto. Il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile e gentile e ha risolto velocemente, ma da una struttura di questo livello mi aspettavo anche questo genere di precisione.

Dużo leżaków nad basenami. Jest zejście do morza, co prawda woda jest głęboka ale można spokojnie popływać. Dobre śniadania i duży wybór jedzenia. 10 min spacerem od hotelu znajduje się ogólnodostępna plaża i centrum handlowe. Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, nie jest w samym centrum miasta, ale jest to dla mnie plus.

W obiekcie są dwa baseny zewnętrzne, ale tylko jeden jest ze słodką wodą.

Habitación amplia, salida directa al mar, agua de cortesía todos los días, toallas para piscina.

Personal de limpieza (pones que cambien las sábanas y no lo hacen; llamas para decirlo y tampoco... además según pasan los días te van poniendo menos toallas: las pides y nadie viene...). Personal de recepcion poco profesional y no acordé con un hotel decente (te echan de la habitación llamándote por tlf antes de la hora), aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, el desayuno había que pedir constantemente las cosas (no están pendientes de que se acaban).

Although the property is perfectly located in front of the sea, there is little access to the water. What a shame! The restaurants were all well-furnished and clean with very friendly staff.
