Beautiful location, hotel idealy situated in the middle of the park

Poor room and facilities. Although standard room was booked, we have gotten room for guests with dissabilities, bathroom was without shower doors, toilet flush was broken, poor quality of bed When we called the reception to protest they couldnt care less No room service after 21:00, no food at the bar, no mini bar in “4 star” hotel

Hrana fantastična. Izbora čak i previše. Restoran uredan. Hrana uredna, ukusna i raznovrsna. Osoblje ljubazno i nasmijano. Sve svježe napravljeno. Zaista nikoga ne ostavlja željnog ničega. Izvrsno!

Ne imanje "redara" na plaži koji ne bi dozvolili "rezerviranje ležaljki" stavljanjem ručnika na najbolja mjesta u hladu u 6-7 ujutro, a ne pojave se do 14.00 sati ili kasnije! LJudi su bezobrazni, a kad im kažeš osobno, onda je odgovor da iz hotela "ne zabranjuju", iako je to stvar osobne kulture. Na žalost, mnogi je nemaju, pa bi hotelski "redar" dobro došao.

Loved staying at this hotel. We got a room with a view towards the sea/beach and we loved our view and the fresh air. The room was very clean, towels and sheets changed regularly, and the staff was very helpful with every question we had. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy. Hotel breakfast has so many choices and everything was very fresh. The hotel itself is just a few steps away from the beach and the coast where you can walk, rent a bike or just swim, it is surrounded by trees/park and quite near the old town. The hotel also assisted us with the day trip booking and other recommendations.

The door in the shower could not always close properly, so the bathroom floor was getting wet often after showering. But it was not a big issue for us.

Tiszta, kényelmes szoba, udvarias, segítőkész személyzet. Az étterem választéka lenyűgöző, az ételek finomak voltak. Gyönyörű környezet, a partszakaszon remek fürdőhelyek és sétaösvény. A szálloda melletti kerékpárkölcsönzőben is segítőkész személyzet. A szálloda kijáratától 112 lépcső a part, ha ez valakinek akadály, vegye figyelembe - nekünk belefért a napi fitnessbe😉

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Pools sind sauber und gepflegt. Fitnessstudio ist gut ausgestattet und übersichtlich gestaltet.

Leider sehr viele schreiende und tobende Kinder am Hotelstrand. Der Lärmpegel ist dementsprechend hoch. An einen entspannten Tag am Strand ist unter diesen Umständen leider nicht zu denken. Zumal 2 Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm € 12,-- pro Tag kosten.

Extremly polite and helpfull staff. Breakfast was good. We changed the room to sea view and the view was perfect. Wellness centre was nice. Massages were very good.

Some areas should be updated. Water in the pool should be warmer in prestrašno.
