Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Het ontbijt was goed, maar ik miste wat speciaal brood, zoals rozijnen of suikerbrood en de typische Hasselse speculoos.

Het ontbijt was in orde. Voldoende keuze.
We kregen 2 kamers naast elkaar, zoals gevraagd.
Geen negatieve zaken te melden.

Steeds snel antwoord gekregen op vragen (via mail), o.a. rond het gebruik van fietsen, het (laat) inchecken en parkeren in de buurt.
Geen probleem om laat (na middernacht) in te checken, vriendelijk onthaald.
Lekker ontbijt en goede bedden.
Ideale uitvalbasis voor Pukkelpop.
Leuke omgeving ook.

Nagyon kedves, közvetlen személyzet fogadott. Kényelmes, mindent kielégítő szoba, pihentető alvást biztosító ágy, párna, takaró. Reggeli nem túl választékos, viszont minden jó ízű és friss!

It’s a nice hotel right in the center of the town. very friendly staff. Clean rooms and the breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty choice.
We had a really small bed for 2 people + awake as of 5a.m. bcs of the smell from the kitchen.

Breakfast was nice and varied. The room was clean and quite spacious. Bed was very comfortable! Only a 10 minute walk from Hasselt station
Only thing I can complain about is that the hand soap in our room was empty, everything else was great!

The staff was very polite and helpful as possible.
No bottled water in the rooms, the cleaning could be better, no food for the evening or suggestion for a reputable place where a tired traveller can find something to eat. Also the price was not to the standard of the hotel. Just bear in mind that the reception area smelles like an old english pub (a bad one). Also the rooms had plastic cups which is insane. And the sound proofing of the rooms is bad.
