Die Nähe zur Stadt
Ich wahr entsetzt das ich angeblich nicht mit Karte zahlen konnte diese würde nicht Akzeptiert werden, wahr die Aussage musste dann am gleichen Abend bar bezahlen,DER PREIS VON 79€ WAR DANN AUF EINMAL 86€und eine Kaution von 50€ in bar musste hinterlegt werden was nirgendwo bei der Buchung stand. Dann konnte ich auf einmal am nächsten Morgen das Frühstück doch ohne Probleme mit meiner Karte zahlen die angeblich nicht anerkannt wurde ZAHLEN ich finde so was sehr seltsam ich bin sehr oft auf Reisen und habe so was noch nie erlebt.
Die Toilette und die Badewanne sahen sehr eklig aus mit dem gelben Streifen in der Toilette und Wanne aus ich glaube das für angeblich 4 Stern nicht sein muss da ich nur 4-5 Stern buche habe ich so was noch nicht erlebt auch das Frühstück für 17€pro Person finde ich sehr hoch nach dem man mir schon so viel Geld abgenommen hat.

Gostei do café da manhã, do servico do hotel. Do quarto que tinha um tamanho bom e da localizacao. Tem um estacionamento dentro do hotel entao é bem fácil chegar de carro. Eu tive um problema com o aquecedor do quarto e o recepcionista trocou o nosso quarto na hora.
Sem comentários, ficamos lá uma noite e deu tudo certo.

Sehr nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, ganz ordentlich und sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral. Vor allem die Tiefgarage ist echt praktisch!

Acceuil parfait, chambre top, petit déjeuner copieux
Nous avons séjourné à Mons pour visiter le zoo Pairy Daiza, qui se trouve à 20 minutes en voiture. Nous avons visité aussi la ville de Mons, très sympa. Nous n'avons pas été déçus, très bon séjour.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Betten komfortabel.
Das Frühstück für 17€ pro Person war für das vorhandene Angebot überteuert.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zum Zentrum, 5 min Fußweg. Der Empfang ist mehrsprachig, mit Englisch klappte es sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war super groß, sauber und prima ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ausreichend und lecker.
Da das Zimmer die Fenster zur Hauptstrasse hatte, ist der Verkehr zu hören und für sensible ggf. störend.

Très bonne expérience pour une première dans cet établissement , la chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée , accès au jacuzzi au 4ème étage c'est un plus très appréciable , le seul bémol concerne la chaleur dans la chambre bien trop élevée et les discussions des autres occupants de l'hôtel , l'option petit déjeuner est un peu onéreuse mais vraiment un très grand choix de produits variés pour tous les goûts et nous avons apprécié , le stationnement autour de l'hôtel est très facile et le personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique , on recommande cet établissement

Room was big enough, beds were comfy and everything was clean. Location is very good, short walk from the main city square. Internet was working very well.
Parking is available in the street, just mind the signs
Bathroom - clean but awfully uncomfortable and the hotel has an issue with water pressure - shower had barely enough pressure to wash your hair and water temperature was changing randomly which is rather unpleasant. There was no soap at the sink - you had to pump shower gel from the shower and shuffle back to the sink to wash hands.
The window has a very unpleasant plastic curtain so if you close it there is no more airflow, even if the window is wide open 🤷
Check-in was weird. I booked without breakfast and I was informed about three times that if I wanted to have breakfast after all I need to pass by the reception and pay for it because there is an ACCESS CONTROL. Well, busted, I totally planned on stealing breakfast 😐 and I had absolutely no idea that hotels have lists and they check their guests. Seriously...

Room - very clean, practical furniture and appliances;
Breakfast - Not Applicable (it was my choice not to have it, but it was available, for a decent price);
Location - Excellent (short walking distance to the city center/ Grand Place - 9 min - 700m)
I honestly didn't miss a thing. Everything was to my liking.

Everything about the hotel was positive...the room/bathroom itself, the peace and quiet, the quite superb breakfast, the private parking and the proximity of the centre of Mons...not forgetting the helpfulness and friendliness of the desk staff.
I would have no hesitation in revisiting ...

Liked the room that we had to pay extra for - but that didnt meet all our expectations. The parking around the hotel was free at the weekend.
We booked a standard room which was in the loft of the hotel with velux windows. There was no air conditioning and when we opened the windows we could hear all the traffic and the noise was unbearable. The heat in the room was far too hot to keep the windows closed, and there was only a fan to use. We eventually asked to move rooms and we paid the extra for the luxury room which was loads better. The hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel, but the standard rooms were 3 star at best.

Wonderful hotel- nice location not far from the town center.
It's so nice that there is sauna and jacuzzi!
After busy day and long walking - it was so pleasant to relax in jacuzzi.
The stuff is very friendly and helpful.
Everything was perfect.

It seemed that a renovation took place some years ago, but still some parts i.e the faucets in bathroom and wc had not been changed.
