L'emplacement est idéal, proche de tout. On est dans le centre en 10 minutes à pied, le métro louise est à 1 minute à pied, on peut aller facilement vers Ixelles, etc. Chambre de standing. Gros plus par rapport aux produits de soin proposés! Gros plus également : on reçoit une boisson gratuite par personne quand on réserve via booking (au bar ou au restaurant) Petit bémol par rapport au confort du lit et à l'insonorité avec la rue. Mais vraiment rien de dramatique :)

Esperienza positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista. Siamo stati accolti da uno staff professionale, gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre pronto ad ascoltare ogni nostra richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutti e 5 i giorni. Le camere sono ampie e arredate con gusto, il bagno confortevole e tutti gli ambienti sono caratterizzati da una pulizia impeccabile. La sala dove veniva servita la colazione ampia e luminosa, la colazione stessa è stata sempre favolosa. I migliori gaufres che abbiamo assaggiato a Bruxelles in 5 giorni li abbiamo mangiati proprio qui. Qualità del cibo eccellente, servizio impeccabile! Anche al bar abbiamo trascorso un pomeriggio fantastico in completo relax. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, tutto concorrerà a rendere il vostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff di questo meraviglioso Hotel ed in particolare ad Antonio che ogni giorno si è prodigato affinché il nostro soggiorno potesse essere sempre più piacevole, grazie!

A localização é boa mas longe da baixa, com miudos tem que se apanhar um taxi.

Emplacement au top avec l’avenue Louise toutes les boutiques aux alentours de l’hôtel à faire à pied!! Le personnel serviable et aimable! Le petit déjeuner manquait un peu de choses mais était correct, la chambre était correcte.

Les Escalators pour accéder à l’hôtel dont la réception est au 2ème niveau.

Great location - easy walking distance to key attractions. All staff I encountered/interacted with were pleasant and helpful.

4th floor room but street noise was surprisingly loud through a closed window. Otherwise the room was quiet - didn’t hear anything from adjacent rooms.

Alles in het hotel is perfect, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame staff. Lokatie is perfect..in het centrum maar net niet in het oude centrum..alles op loop afstand. Parkeergarage nog geen 100 mtr van het hotel.

Breakfast was nice. Not sure if one becomes bored with it after a few days though as we didn't see much variety, but we stayed only one night. Cautiously saying that the sound isolation is good as we didn't hear anything that night. Friendly staff

We specifically booked a twin room. We've got a call on the day of arriving that the hotel is fully booked and they only have a king size bed room available. How did that happen? I would expect a better handling of reservation from this type of a hotel. Anyway, they said they can put us an additional bed. Not much of a choice when it's already an arrival day, so we agreed... Both beds were actually bad. The main one has a good mattress in general, but the topper had a very strange shape and basically had a slope from the center, so you can't lay straight. The reserve bed was even worse. No support in the middle and wobbly. We had a better one in a paid camping on a music festival, really. We were late after a concert so we were too tired to ask for any topper replacement or whatsoever, but you can actually see that this is not the first review of this kind. Points of action for the hotel: - replace toppers - manage reservations better
