Comfy & luxurious stay near city center. Tasty & various breakfast. The indoor garden/terrace it's a big plus if you want to enjoy something to drink.

The wall are thin and you can hear the next door neighbors.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem schicken Hotel! Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles perfekt gepasst. Das Ambiente ist wirklich beeindruckend, stilvoll und einladend. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und bietet bequemen Zugang zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen der Stadt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das Frühstück: es ließ keine Wünsche offen und bot eine Vielzahl von köstlichen Optionen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine fantastische Zeit und können dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Great location, friendly & efficient staff. Very clean, quiet, & comfortable room. Very good choices at breakfast.

The use of scented candles in the reception area was rather over-powering & unnecessarily.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Es war bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit ausreichend da. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Gostei de tudo. Tudo perfeito para mim.

Staff was personable and very accommodating; the room was spacious and comfortable, and quite clean. A very generous breakfast, with lovely options, offered in a nice little basement room, with towels and small room amenities being refreshed on the daily.

Slightly expensive, but in line with the prices in the city and no more than I expected; I would have appreciated non-dairy milk being on offer at breakfast. The view from the room was peaceful, if not particularly exciting. Close to the station (fewer than 15 minutes walking there).

We stayed in a well appointed triple room which was situated in a quiet quadrangle of rooms. The hotel front door is directly on to a busy street but the soundproofing is good in the room with no street noise. Breakfasts were really good with a great selection of cooked food & cold cheeses, fruit etc. In terms of location the hotel is in a great spot, just off the main street & an easy walk from the train station through a park (takes about 15 minutes)

One slightly unfortunate incident where one of the family was leaving the hotel early to work in the area. We had arranged with hotel staff the night before to collect a breakfast before normal breakfast hours started. Unfortunately this message was not passed to the night staff & come the time for the early pick up the person on duty was initially adamant the kitchen area could not be opened up. After some considerable persuasion the situation was sorted. Otherwise a great stay

Terrible smell coming from the bathroom when I arrived. Staff tried to fix it but it didn’t improve it much. Had to keep bathroom door closes at all times or smell would fill the whole room

The hotel was so nice and the room was very large. A great place to stay on a trip to Bruges. Close to the train station but in the historic area of town.

The location is great, within walking distance to most of the sightseeing spots. The AC works well, the room is well-ventilated.

Unable to connect the guest wifi. Also, there's room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. I've spotted some dirt and stains on the curtain and the floor near the bed, and the housekeeping even left a cleaning cloth behind after serving the room.

Not hotel’s fault but very few taxis in old town (advised 5). Luckily hotel is 10 mins walk from train station so we were able to walk but just wanted to warn others if transport is required you must organise well in advance.

The situation was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable. You could walk to the hotel from the station.

Not so keen on the outside area which was all ‘concrete’ but was ok.

Excellent location. The room was comfortable and good-sized. The hotel has fabulous common areas with a courtyard and a tasteful bar. The breakfast was excellent!
