Het bed en het ontbijt.
De hygiëne want de wc zag er echt niet uit en er was gewoon niet goed schoongemaakt.

It was fine for one night, it's pretty close to the airport.
Looks like a hookers club, if you turn on the tv, the first thing you see is a whole scala of p*rn and adult movies... It was really weird.

Je me rends régulièrement dans cet hôtel la veille de prendre un avion et les critères sont toujours les mêmes. L'accueil est excellent quel que soit le réceptionniste ils sont très à l'écoute. Mais l'odeur d'égout est toujours pareille dans toutes les chambres que je reçois, c'est absolument désagréable. Les chambres sont tellement petites que même seule il est impossible de laisser sa valise ouverte sinon on ne peut circuler dans la chambre. Pas de programmes en français à la télévision, c'est aberrant! Je pars toujours tôt pour l'aéroport je ne prends jamais de petit-déjeuner. Je choisis cet hôtel car je peux y laisser ma voiture et le prix est inférieur aux autres hôtels où je me suis déjà rendue. J'y reviendrai encore sans doute en sachant déjà tout ce qui ne va pas et qui ne sera certainement pas amélioré

Situation de l'hôtel proche de l'aéroport et également de la gare de Diegem, un plus pour un retour en train. Chambre simple, petite, confortable pour une nuit ,bien insonorisée, Bon petit déjeuner, varié et frais, on ne manque de rien. Personnel agréable et disponible à la réception .Bonne découverte de cet hôtel .
Dommage mais la TV ne fonctionnait pas normalement, s'allume puis plus rien, est ce la pile de la télécommande ??

L’entrée est magnifique et donne envie de rester!
Les chambres ne disposent pas d’équipements que j’ai pu avoir dans d’autres hôtels (fer à repasser, thé, table à repasser, chauffage,..)

Je parkeert beter buiten om geen parking te betalen.
Schimmel in de kamer op de muren.
Veel geluid van de verwarming.
Zeer slechte bedden, nood aan nieuwe matrassen.

Verwarming via electronisch bijgeplaatst vuurtje dat enorm veel lawaai maakt. Tapijt als vloer vuil. Tv niet beschikbaar.

The TV in the room didn't work and the air conditioner had some trouble working, perfect!!

Staff were so friendly . Bar available 24 hours with no complaints from team . Fresh towels given daily .
It’s abit far out with not much around . Small menu options. Which is a shame as many using Uber eats which we thought was a loss for the hotel . Rooms were very hot , beds and pillows not comfy . A fridge in the rooms would be ideal with having to buy food else where

located close the airport, has nice features like a pool table and a gym. a filtered water available at the entrance to refill your bottle is an added bonus
it looked and felt dirty, the hotel, including the room had a very unpleasant smell of body odour mixed with stale alcohol. rooms have a general unkept appearance, some broken items (plug socket, curtains, mould in the shower, stained bedding) the sound proofing in the rooms is quite poor. in the morning there was no hot water in the shower.

People were really nice. Parking was accesible.
The bathroom did not have a proper door. There was at least 1 cm distance on the left and right and anyone could see inside when walking next to it.

The hotel no longer has the airport shuttle, so you must take a taxi or uber. In addition, the hotel is looking a little shabby.
