Chiederò il rimborso. La struttura non è un hotel. Non c’è ascensore. Dunque non è adatto a famiglie. Noi siamo stati al terzo piano e con i bambini vi lascio immaginare. In più hanno cambiato il codice di ingresso durante il soggiorno e non ci hanno detto nulla, lasciando ci fuori la notte (per fortuna che un ragazzo dentro ci ha aperto). Non c’è portineria. Il bagno era pieno di muffa al soffitto. Assistenza inesistente. Sconsiglio vivamente.
Non c’è ascensore. Muffa nei bagni. Zero assistenza. E’ una pensione di bassa qualità in pratica.

Cozy hotel in a central location close to the Botanical Garden with an easy bus connection to the station and Opera. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet and the person at the reception is very kind and helpful.

There was nothing good about the hotel, except the girl in the reception was helpful.

Beautiful room with good aircon, which was a lifesaver in the heatwave. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious - and served in a stunning breakfast room.
The location was great for access to central Bruges.

I just like the location and cleaners was al right.
My booking at the hotel and I paid are not relevant I had to add lots of money. what I booked was not the same. During the check in I with my colleagues were waiting in front of the hotel the locked entrance for three hours. nobody was opening the door.nobody apologized for the inconveniences. I paid additionally for breakfast but it was not the order i gave. I did not have the chance to change my hotel as I was at the conference and no time for it.

The light from the neon sign bleeds into the room through the gaps in the curtains. There was nobody in reception when I wanted to check out and I had to go through each floor to find them. The shower screen leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. There is no street sign for the hotel - I had to ask at reception whether I'm at the right place.

I had to pay €100 as a security deposit (not mentioned in my reservation confirmation). They didn't provide any paper of this "security deposit". It took them more than two months to make a refund. They refunded only €95.
The hall had a terrible smell coming from the restaurant. Disgusting.
The room had a very strong smell of cigarette. It didn't make any difference to open the windows for hours.
The little pillows on the bed had some disgusting stains on them.

This hotel asks 100 EUR deposit at arrival (I haven't seen this in years of booking hotels), and above all: this isn't announced anywhere. I was told it would be refunded within 1 week. After 1 month (!) it was still not. After several claims they finally refunded 95 EUR telling me they have 5 EUR of fix charge for the refund !! Of course simple bank transfers have no charge or commission within the same country, but anyway, it was not mentioned either that they would withold 5% of the deposit. Incredible. Beware the pitfall!!

Dear management and future guests,
If you think about going to this hotel, I would not recommend it!
Not because the price or the characteristics of the hotel, because we had a good stay. But the service at reception and back office is terrible.
At check-in time as been asked us a deposit of 100€ without any previous advice we accept and he left 100€ in cash as they told us that we don’t need to leave our credit card as guarantee.
Now for two consecutive months I been calling the hotel and inclusive sent 2 e-mails which was not answered to try to get MY MONEY back. 6 weeks after I received 95€ in my account, I called back again the reception and I had an answer that I don’t know you need to call after 4pm. So with a lot of paciente I called back and the lady on reception tells me that my 5€ missing it is the fees to transfer the money and it is like that for everyone. I am not talking or writing this review because 5€ but yes because the way that this problem was been deal with it! I think is very unprofessional the way that you deal with guests and on top of this the miss communication for your guests or future guests. Imagine that I will not have 100€ to leave as deposit or even a credit card, how I would stay with you? Imagine if it was the opposite, you tell me I need to pay 100€ and I sent you just 95€ because the fees would you accept?
So again, and again , and again I am not gonna pay 5€ to received MY money, I left 100€ I want my 100€ not 95€, if it is like that for everyone I should be informed previously not 2 months later. When you borrow money to someone you expect to received back the some amount, it is the same situation here.
Hopefully I hope this review arrive to all of your future guest like that they can be previously advice to leave the credit card in reception because they will be asked for it and if they leave debit or money they will lost 5€ for a stupid reason.
