It was a while ago but now. I don't remember having any problem with it, so consider it satisfactory.
I mean, the space was tight, but you can't really help that. It's in a concentrated part of the city. You know to expect that.

Very close to train station and convenient to where I needed to be. Basic; but clean and modern. Just what I needed for short stay.

Great location for an overnight stop as it is opposite the train station. The room was comfortable. We had pre checked in online so all we had to do was collect our room key at the desk.

The receptionists on the the day of my departure were quite rude and not very helpful. All the other staff were nice.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They honored all the special requests that we made in advance, with no extra charge and the breakfast was excellent!

The hotel staff was very friendly, room clean, bed super comfortable and the shower great. Breakfast was perfect and location of the hotel also very convenient if you are travelling by train like we did and you have heavy luggage.
The room was very small, did not seem like 23 m2, it was difficult to move there in the area around the bed.

The room was large and in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent and the curtains very effective. Spotlessly clean. Reliable WiFi.

great location, nice staff, big bathtub, and A/C. Also, it was nice quiet at all times.
Air dryer did not work/was broken, the bathtub and sink plug did not work well, missing small refrigerator (even if it was mentioned, that stuff can be kept in refrigerator at reception).

This hotel was way beyond my expectation. The price is moderate but the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staffs were also very helpful.
