This was a great location just a short walk from the Lapad district with all the bars & restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. Our check-in process was really easy and we were kindly let into our room before the agreed check-in time as our room was ready. There is a supermarket a few mins walk away and the bus into the old town is very close and frequent. The views from the balcony are really nice and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. It truly is fantastic.

when we went to use the pots and pans provided they were quite dirty as if they hadn’t been cleaned before us coming.

No Access to Pool on hot days.

The location, just on top of the 'promenade' is really convenient. It is also very close to the bus that brings you to the old town. A 2 minutes walk get you to very nice snorkeling spots

internet was very poor, pool was shut down, lighting was poor on stair and entranceway. poor in that it shut off when e were still entering the space/room.

A bit challenging when you have a stroller because of the stairs down to the beach.

Bed was very comfy and great to have a separate lounge with good sofa. Balcony views are excellent.

Had a few insect bites - so best to use protection. Can’t be sure if these were in the property or not.

The apartment is quite big, well-kept, and has all the amenities. The beach is 10 min away and the bus stop is within walking distance. The host is extremely nice. We went to a local fish market with him and he helped us to get promising fish and vegetables. ,

Very nice apartment with a spectacular view. It was very clean with all the bits and pieces you need.

We stayed here a couple of weekends ago and had a fantastic time. The owner was there waiting for us when we arrived, check in was seamless. Villa was gorgeous, modern and had everything we needed and we felt very safe here. Was very spacious and clean and had a beautiful view of the bay. Dubrovnik itself is a beautiful place, which we will definitely return to, and we would 100% stay again at Villa Katarina.
