Toni, at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful. He drew on a map and showed me the best spots to check out in the quiet winter time. The room was minimalistic, beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable and my room was a great size. The shower was big with great water pressure. The location is great as it is a short walk from the beach front, supermarkets and clubs. Would definitely recommend Rita’s!

The Boutique is the refurbed build adjacent to the more tired Hostal, which is typically used as worker accommodation as opposed to tourist stays. The room is fitted with modern features without ever veering into extravagance. Toni, who was the night porter on our arrival and the member of staff we had most interaction with during our stay, couldn't do enough for us. He was very kind, friendly and helpful. There were some nice touches, like a complimentary bottle of fizz and a small hamper of Lindt chocolates and mini pastries for NYE - really considerate. Towels were changed regularly, both upon request and just as routine. There is no pool at the property, which wasn't an issue at this time of year, but around the corner at M Hotel (2 minute walk) you can use the rooftop facility :)

Just as an advisory, the toilet is one of the modern "open toilets" which wasn't ideal. We adopted a system early on to avoid embarrassment but FYI it's worth noting. Please install a bottle opener in the room :D

Excellent service, very glad with the room (super-comfortable bed), friendly staff (always willing to assist us). Hotel is located in the heart of Sant Antonio and access to restaurants and bars was very easy. It is highly recommended and happy to choose it for staying.

The property itself was totally good for the money. I stayed there with a friend of mine and we had a toilet without a door in our room. So we had no privacy and asked after one night if we could change rooms. We were so lucky that this worked, thank you so much for that!!

the man behind the reception was really awkward!! we asked him for toiletpaper and his answer was „we could use his hands instead of toiletpaper“ - to be honest, I was a bit afraid that he had the Night Shift at the reception ….

Location was good, 5 min from the bus station and harbor.

Room had no window (which doesn’t show on the pictures, but we could later read it in the fine print..). Also not soundproof at all to the hallways. It also says private toilet but in this case it means private as “inside the room” but totally not private as there was no door separating the toilet from the room as it was only a see through wall (also not clear in the pictures). I’ve seen similar in Ibiza but this was open on another level.

Exceptional customer service and room size. I would highly recommend going to this hotel. The location is 10 minutes away from the beach and party strip. You've also got s variety of restaurants, boats and services.

I wish the swimming pool was on the hotel ground rather than a 7min walk away. As well as having to pay for the swimming pool per day.

Super value for price: spotless, well designed, five minutes from every corner of sant Antonio & and lovely and helpful staff. What feels like a family business but with details with the quality of a good hotel. We will definitely be back.
