Vriendelijke een aangename check in. Grote en comfortabele kamer. Restaurant gesloten op zondag. De charmante dame bij de receptie belde op ons aanvragen, naar restaurant Oksen om een tafel te reserveren. Ze legde ons ook uit waar we een parking-plaats voor gehandicapten konden vinden dicht bij het restaurant. Bedankt hiervoor. Uitgebreid en zeer goed ontbijtbuffet. Grote parking gelegen aan het hotel en gratis. Ondanks grote baan toch rustig gelegen.
Om toch iets te zeggen. Kamer wat ver gelegen van de receptie en ontbijtruimte. Wat moeilijk is voor een persoon die lastig kan marcheren.

Alles war toll, bis auf die geringe Auswahl an glutenfreien Produkten zum Frühstück.

Auf dem Weg nach Hirtshals eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt und wir wurden sehr nett an der Rezeption begrüßt.
Leider war unser Zimmer ebenerdig und zum Parkplatz hin. Am nächsten Morgen war auf dem Parkplatz eine Veranstaltung. Ein Manko war die Klimaanlage o. ä. Wir konnten keine Temperatur steuern, weil immer das Zeichen da war das Fenster wäre offen. Dies war nur nicht der Fall. An der Rezeption konnte uns auch nicht geholfen werden. Daher war die Nacht erst zu warm (Fenster zu) und dann zu laut (Fenster auf).
Fazit: das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, aber wünscht euch eine gerade Zimmer Nummer. Dann liegt das Zimmer auf der anderen Seite.

Bedroom had everything one needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was included, which is great, because then you can just get on with your day. Nice and large spaces throughout the hotel. Breakfast room nice and large too, with lots of seating and with a good selection of food. And very family friendly :-)
More hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and your things on. Just a small thing really.

Great location, lovely hotel and staff and great breakfast. Also provided us with a packed breakfast on the last day because we had to leave early

We stayed for one night in the hotel while traveling through Denmark and to recharge our ‘batteries’. Very easy to reach and in a very quiet location. Breakfast was very nice especial the fresh waffle maker (mentioned from other travelers as well) 😉

they changed the payment and sometimes the machines didn’t worked - took ages to pay for a drink (or didn’t worked at all). didn’t accepted cash.

Paid an upgrade fee to be near the relax area, was not told relax area would be closed on my visit, went to the restaurant for dinner only to be told room service only (don't have time to clear a table!!) Poor service, rooms are only cleaned on request, lack of tea and coffee in rooms.

Heating ON 24/7 with no option to turn it off.
I had to go to a hospital due to the dryness.
I stayed 5 nights sleeping with the window opened. my wife had cough issues due to that.

Big synthetic pillow most likely suitable only for sleeping on the back. Tricky room temperature adjustment and with cold bathroom. Awful restorant experience.

Breakfast is excellent. the room big, the balcony offers possibility of getting fresh air. If I am in the area, my first choice will be always this hotel.
The ironing machine in the room is a perfect offer from the hotel. I needed to iron and I prefer to do it myself. And the machine was not only just an ironing machine, but it was also good and easy to use.
Although breakfast was very good, I could not find 2 of my favorite choices, i.e., mushrooms and smoked salmon. But I had many choices to be satisfied.

- only large tables in the eating room (for 8 Persons) , it's a business hotel that's the reason why but some tables for small families could have more charm.
