The hotel is understaffed... At breakfast almost everyday there was things not ready to eat. Food was missing and not available anymore like Eggs & bacon and bread. Also when they have 80 people for breakfast and only one little 2 slice toaster it just doesn't work...We went to the reception to complain around 09:15 and waited 10 minutes saw no-one and gave up on breakfast...This was on the 20th of May..

room needs a facelift. carpet was frayed, furnishings were worn, lighting was dim and inadequate. the room key was an actual key on a 10 lb keychain.

rooms very hot, but heating can be turned down. in the summer it would be good if it had air con.

Loved the staff. Everyone was so lovely. Location was perfect right in the centre and free parking. Also loved the free mini bar :)

there was no Air conditioning. The room was hot and humid despite the balcony door was open and the fan was turned on. The temperature outside was 35°C and inside it was probably even worse. I couldn’t sleep comfortably.

Pretty hotel, amazing location. Liked the shower and the soaps smelled really good. The room was nice and even had a terrace! Breakfast was ok. The staff was warm and friendly. People working at the lobby bar were really nice and polite. Highly recommend.

Prices were expensive for the room and for dinner The room size was OK but there was limited storage facilities in small wardrobe and on one shelf

Indeed, a Swiss quality of both the product and the service. NOTE: I found understanding for a reasonable and documented small deley at the check out, and immediate support for whatever I need extra. Definitely, my favorite accommodation when returning to Lenzburg.
