Modernes Hotel, wenn nicht sogar schon leicht futuristisch. Alles sehr Sauber, neu und hochwertig. Schöne, schlichte Zimmer mit tollen Fenstern die einen schönen Blick über Ludwigsburg geben und viel Licht ins Zimmer lassen. Großer Dyson Ventilator/Luftreiniger mit im Zimmer, der die heißen Tage etwas angenehmer gemacht hat. Tolles, reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage Top mit großem Einkaufszentrum direkt gegenüber. Sehr gut Schallisoliert.

Aufgrund der großen Fenster ist es ziemlich warm im Zimmer tagsüber geworden. Am Abend kühlt es etwas runter, trotzdem wäre eine Klimaanlage angenehmer gewesen. Parken nur im Parkhaus gegenüber was auch etwas ins Geld geht (da Geschäftsreise wurden die Kosten übernommen).

The location of this hotel is perfect for a visit to Ludwigsburg. It's literally spitting distance from the Residenzschloss Ludwigsburg, which is probably the main reason for visiting the town, but it would also make a good base for exploring the surrounding area. For parking, use Parkhaus im Marstall 71634, Bietigheimer Str, which is located directly across the road from the hotel. Ask the receptionist at check-in/out to validate your parking ticket to get a bit of a discount. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. Our room had a double aspect, with one of the windows looking out towards the schloss. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

All of the personnel were friendly ang accommodating. I enjoyed my entire stay in the hotel. Keep up the good performance everyone..

This hotel was absolutely spotless and very restful. It is only a couple of blocks from the old square and has a parking garage directly across from the entrance.

Location was good, breakfast fine.

Loud people outside our room on the street, clearly drinking, who then proceeded to come up to our floor and be loud in the hallway. As there's no one on the premises at night, there was no one to complain to.

there was no water in the room to drink and the reception and the bar is closed at night so bring your own water from outside, also no tissue in the room, toilet paper was half, and no AC

the location was ideal for the town and the palace. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well laid out and tasty

the rooms have a Senseo coffee machine. I would have preferred a kettle for making tea

Very clean, nice staff, remarkable how the designer managed to create so much spaciousness on the square meters available. Public parking (paid) on opposite side of the road. We arrived after the service desk had closed, but an efficient electronice system outside just needed a bit of info and then produced our card keys.

Clean, functional room with good breakfast

The hotel had a good location just south of the Christmas Market. While parking was close it was via a shopping centre park house that was quite expensive over 24 hrs.proximity is really the highlight of this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom functional, so it was great value!

The rooms were very small and they had a strange design in that the bathroom had a window to the room - meaning the whole room was illuminated when the bathroom was used. Plus, the bathroom user was on display if someone looked through the glass!?!?

Hotel is very new. Rooms are clean. Simple design but it is functional. Easy parking with some fee. Overall nice place.

Hotel is most of the time not staffed. Reception hours are short. You do self check in. So it feels like an airbnb rather than a hotel because you don’t have anyone in the building to talk to. No phone in the room to call anyone in case of emergency or sth also. There is a local number on the wall. But for international tourists it is tricky to call a local number. Although I did not need to call anybody this felt weird for me.

Cleanliness, quite, design

5 min walk from the chateau, and we parked our car in the parking which was in the shopping mall. Therefore we did not worry about the parking at the chateau. Room was very clean and functional.

We did not have a refridgelator but not a major issue.

New and nicely designed hotel and rooms, lots of wood and concrete. Also I appreciate the modern rooms. I checked in late through the computer without any issues. internet was good, paid parking across the street. unfortunately no time to to enjoy the breakfast
