Townhouse was nice beds were uncomfortable had horrible night sleep. Also couch was to low hard to get out of other then that was nice

It was a nice house but we didn’t realize the extra accommodations to the pool and facility was going to be $45 extra for each person. There really should be explicit details in the add as to how much extra it’s going to cost. The price is unreasonable, especially when we could have gotten a place closer to the beach and the amenities were free for about the same price. Other than that, the place is gorgeous, we had a wonderful time, the kids had fun in the home when the pool was closed at 8pm and we were forced to slow down when the pool didn’t open until 10am.

Ocean View Escape is a beautifully appointed town home in Bear Trap Dunes. Everything in the unit seemed new. We especially appreciated the coffee bar set up with coffee inserts for the Keurig and sweeteners and creamers. We also liked that there were dishwashing pods and detergent on hand. One small improvement that the owner could make is to add some blankets to the bedrooms that can be tossed over the quilt if you get chilly. All in all, a lovely place to stay.

The townhouse was beautiful and had everything we needed. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be booking this place again in the near future. Plenty of space for a family.

We had a blast! The basement was great to go and wait for everyone to wake up. We hope to be back for a full week next year!

Great place to stay with family. It was clean, convenient in location, & had good amenities to keep everyone busy and comfortable both in the home and at the main lodge. The check in process was breezy. The host was very responsive with any questions. The only thing I can say is that bed in the downstairs bedroom wasn't the most comfortable (a little stiff and noisy when you turn), but the upstairs beds in the other 2 rooms were. Despite that we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week. The location was great to travel to Bethany, Dewey, and Rehoboth beaches. We had a few days of bad weather and the indoor pool and game room made it fun for the kids. They had everything you could need in the kitchen to cook a meal at home. Very clean!!! We would definitely stay here again.

This home checked all the boxes for us! Short drive to Bethany, 3 beds, 3 baths, outdoor space, and near a golf course.

Our family had a great time at this house! Very conveniently located-- 10 minute drive to the beach. The rec room basement with tv and ping pong table was a great feature! House is well-furnished, in great condition and very clean.

Family beach get away
We had a few days to get away with our family. We love the beach and this home was ideal. The location was terrific and everything described was completely accurate! Everything was provided and all we had to do was show up! The owners/hosts were so communicative and responsive and went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was perfect. They had a management person who was in charge as well and when one thing needed to be addressed, they were there within minutes to have the problem resolved. We would most certainly rent from the owners again and would LOVE to come back to their home again to enjoy another fabulous beach stay again. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your place!

This was a very clean and comfortable place for our extended family to gather for a visit.

We did not really have the right age kids to use it much. The bedrooms were good, one of the king beds was not really a king but 2 singles pushed together, probably the new owners will rectify this advertising mistake.

The overall stay at Bear Trap was a good one.Our unit was ok,not cleaned very well,kitchen lacking ,grill dirty.Was disappointed was not told beach shuttle not running.Would stay there again,not that unit.
