Hyggelig betjening, fine rom og god utsikt.

Tven på rommet funket ikke optimalt, gikk ut og inn av kanalen hele tiden. Toalette ville ikke skylle ordentlig ned. Når vi tappet ut av badekaret kom vannet opp på gulvet.

Perfect location very close to Oslo centre and nice facilities. Well maintained temperature inside the hotel room.

lifts didn’t allow us to visit family on seperate floor. no room in mini bar for milk. we like milk in tea and coffee.

My recent stay at this hotel was great. The location, right next to the central train station, made visiting clients in the area incredibly convenient. The breakfast was excellent, offering a diverse and high-quality selection. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness added a personal touch to the experience. The gym provided not only a great workout but also a stunning view of the city. Additionally, the wellness area was a welcome retreat, especially with the cold weather outside. The bar/restaurant was closed during my stay, was a little dissapointed. Although i should have checked this myself in advance.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and well organised despite it always being busy. The location of the hotel is great. The rooms very clean and the beds very comfortable.

The queing for checking in and checking out was very badly managed - it was like trying to board a budget airline. There needs to be a better system for manaing how guests wait for the reception team. This happened both at check in and check out. Where several people 'queue jumped' and the reception team did not mind - which is annoying when you have to wait over 30 minutes to check in. Also the door to the hotel room did not close properly and therefore it was hard to lock it. I went out in the evening only to find the room still open when I came back. I called reception and the person sent the help was very helpful but he said the lock was misaligned and there was nothing he could do, so I was not able to lock me room at night - when you are a lady travelling alone, this does not make you feel safe. Please fix this! I have continualy issues with my Radisson points acount and no one has been in touch despite lots of messages to the contact centre.

Reception staff and the data breach of details that resulted in us being scammed and paying twice for the room (£390 out of pocket). The reception Manager refused to own a clear data breach problem and misled us into thinking all would be sorted out only to get us out of the building and then charging my card after strictly refusing permission to use the card details provided. Will never stay at a Radisson Hotel again - they appear not interested in a genuine complaint and we are left with no option but to contact the CEO as the customer complaints department clearly are not interested in resolving the problem.

The property was in a great location for exploring Oslo. It was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

A coffee machine but no water or milk so we couldn’t use it.

Bra rom og beliggenhet.

Meldte fra om ønske om tidlig innsjekk dagen før, fikk ikke bekreftet. Da vi ankom måtte vi spørre hver time om innsjekk, fikk ikke rom før kl 1500:( Neste gang blir det Thon, aldri mer dette hotellet. Resepsjonen var heller ikke særlig hyggelig.

Emplacement de l’hôtel au cœur d’Oslo, très bonne literie, très bon petit-déjeuner varié. Superbe vue sur la ville depuis les chambres dans les étages élevés.

Perfect location for getting around Oslo. Right behind the Central Station and Opera House and harbor. My room was spacious with a water and city view on a very high floor. Extremely comfortable bed, nice lounge chair and my favorite hotel accessory the heated towel rack. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the gentleman who checked me in. I believe his name was Marcus.

The occasional noise from the train station very late at night when I had my window open. No way to make the room cooler as I like to sleep in a cool room.

Sentralt, nytt og fint, høyt oppe, hørte ingenting støy fra gatene, supre ansatte.

Kunne vært vaska bedre på badet. Der var det litt hår i badekaret og på gulvet.

Well located near the station and close to city attractions.

The housekeeping staff had a lapse in security, leaving the room unlocked for the whole day after finishing cleaning. During checkout, the reception desk didn’t seem to know that we hadn’t opted for breakfast, and had a patronising tone (in my opinion) about taking our word that we didn’t indeed have breakfast.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very romantic. An ideal place for honeymoon.

Excellent choice and well organised with good service. Convenient to travel to and as a city touring location. The elevator was amusing. Not ideal if you wished to visit another floor.

We stayed in room 2511, to me the fact you could open and get out the window it is not safe.

Location. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool and sauna . Friendly receptionists.

Poor equipped gym. Luck of staff on departure at the front desk - unable to check out.
