The room was clean, well equipped with required foods and drinks in the mini bar. Complimentary water bottle every day. Breakfast was sumptuous. Transportation is at the door steps to travel anywhere in the city within 20 minutes (by bus). Eurovea (shopping and cinema city) and Nivy shopping centres are the closest. WiFi is at the best on all the days I stayed. On a special mention, all of the front desk were amazing humans. You can strike a conversation and they are friendly to spare time with a smile. As a solo traveller, I felt nice to talk to someone in a new city. They wish everytime they see you, they offer help if you need and they are absolutely kind. This made my stay the most comfortable in Felicity. If I will be in Bratislava, I shall stay again with them..

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel staff is very friendly, especially at the reception desk, the breakfast is various and tasteful and the room was quiet and comfortable. It is possible to check-out until 12 a.m. without extra charges. There is a bus stop close to the hotel with very good bus connections to the Central Station and the city center.

The family room was so much bigger than I expected. 6 minutes walk from the city bus station. Also, 5 bus stops to the city center.

Previous stay couldn't be cancelled despite air traffic control strike in France made it impossible to reach the hotel. Courtesy missing: eg voucher for another stay

Very nice and kind receptionist. Hotel is really good, just 10e for that breakfast is too much. Recommended.
