Excellent everything was perfect !
Unfortunately Property is expanding with a construction of a new building. Overall, the pools are nice with a nice view to Big Buddha. Excellent relaxation especially for sunset

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura 5 notti. Abbiamo prenotato il giorno prima in base alle varie recensioni positive e alla posizione. È situato leggermente in altura rispetto le altre strutture e dal balcone si può scorgere il mare. È a 2 minuti a piedi dalla via principale e a 5 minuti da Kata beach. Le stanze son confortevoli, avevamo il letto king size e camera con vista piscina. Le pulizie vengono effettuate giornalmente e su richiesta cambio asciugamani e teli mare. La colazione è molto varia e abbondante: dolce salato, cibo occidentale e asiatico, molta frutta e macchinetta per caffe espresso buono. Sono presenti due piscine con lettini e ombrelloni. Bar a bordo piscina per drink. C'è anche un ristorante. Il personale è cordiale e sempre disponibile alle richieste. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristorantini, negozi alimentari e servizi di lavanderia. Da ritornarci.

Ein schönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, netten Mitarbeitern und guter Poolanlage. Die Lage war auch ok und es dauert ca 5 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Besonders der Empfang mit Eis und Saft war super. Die Poolanlagen sind auch super.
Gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Das Hotel ist toll gelegen, in die Innenstadt, zum nächsten Nachtmarkt oder zum Strand ist es nur fußläufig. An den beiden Pools kann man zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten die Sonne genießen.
Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, ausreichend und absolut zu empfehlen.
Auch wenn die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, das unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal macht diesen Umstand wieder wett.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja,dobre śniadania,obiekt troszeczkę zmęczony ale personel wynagradza wszystkie niedoskonałości. Personel miły uważny na potrzeby gości i sprawił że nasz pobyt był wspaniały. Dziękujemy pracownikom hotelu Chanalai Flora za wspaniały wypoczynek.

Room was comfortable, the bed and pillows were good. It was also really quiet and relaxing, with a nice pool view. Good shower with a lot of water pressure. Great choice for breakfast, with a lot of variety. Two different amazing pools. Guests were respectful, peaceful, and polite. 5 min was to the beach but not so noisy as the other resorts closer to the beach. ATM machine and supermarket close to the hotel. Staff was amazing, really helpful and friendly. We had a very nice welcome after a long flight.
The only minor issue was the room had a little bit of sand in the floor, even after cleaning. A bit uncomfortable for those who like to walk barefooted. Other than that, we had a perfect stay 😊

A great hotel for a relaxing stay. Lovely pools and friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean room and well maintained hotel. A good location.
Breakfast was the same every morning and some of the food (bread and pancakes) were stale.

We stayed for 7days 6 nights and appreciate the beauty of the hotel and convenience of the location. Reservation and restaurant staff were welcoming and accommodating, especially Front Desk Sky.
Routine breakfast menu, room cleanliness and sound insulation must improve as we were awaken by neighbour's room at 1:00 AM or the vacuum cleaners at 9:00 AM

The location was fantastic the resort was fantastic the deals on meals and cocktails were awesome. From the moment we got out off the taxi the staff grabbed our bags sat us down with free refreshments and booked us in no hassles room was Wonderful. The pools were superb and all staff were great especially Noon that made the cocktails yummo. Fantastic place.

We spent 6 nights in the hotel and were very satisfied. The room was large with a beautiful view of the sea. They cleaned it every day and changed the bed linen whenever we asked for it. Breakfast was buffet style and there was plenty of everything - fruits, vegetables, eggs, cheeses, pastries, Thai food, coffee, tea, juices... Our reservation only included breakfast, but we paid extra for dinner a few times and the food was always excellent. The staff was nice, they were interested in whether the guests were satisfied.

Felt scammy. Food was expensive and not good quality. Services offered were overpriced and everything felt a bit sketchy and scammy vibes.

View of the room was quite good and the staff was also very friendly.
The rooms are visibly very old and definitely need a renovation. You can also hear EVERY word that is spoken in the next room, it’s very noisy. When walking to our room you often had a bit of a sewage smell that was unpleasant. Water in the shower was not strong pressure and at most lukewarm.

It's a nice mid-price resort with a solid non beachfront location and amazing staff
The staff aren't given the tools to succeed. Watching them try to fix home use coffee machines during breakfast is rough because they keep needing some sort of cleaning.

Staff tried to be helpful but didn’t have many options to fix problem.
We were “upgraded” to a room that clearly hadn’t been renovated yet and I don’t think was meant to be occupied. The furniture was broken, there was a single damaged lamp, stained curtains and what appeared to be blood on the duvet. (They claimed it was ink but still was a gross impression). The room smelled musty and felt grimy. We had booked 2 rooms and never even saw the second room because the key lock was broken so we never got in. They were scrambling without luck to find different rooms but it was late in the evening and such a terrible start to our holiday that we immediately checked out and went to another hotel and the Chanalai have refused any refund for the any of the entire week despite the fact that we spent about 45 minutes in the hotel.

The hotel has exceeded all expectations! Everything was very comfortable and beautiful, the staff was polite and friendly, the breakfasts were delicious. The room was clean and well renovated, it had a large comfy bed, a big table so it was possible to work from the room, a refrigerator. Drinking water, tea and coffee bags were brought to the room every day. The hotel has a very convenient location, there are many cafes and restaurants around, as well as a quiet and beautiful Kata beach.
For several years, this trip turned out to be the best holiday, we got incredible impressions, get relaxed and fully enjoyed Thailand. I celebrated my birthday during the trip and the staff left some cute congrats in the room - I was very pleased :)

Breakfast and food in general were really bad and cheap. We ordered room service and the food tasted really bad.
The hotel looks run down and bare. Some decorations and an update would be good.
