Lovely hotel geared more towards business travellers. The breakfast was excellent and delicious; the staff were friendly and helpful.

The spare bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom needed a bath mat.

There is no parking even though parking is listed as amenity of the hotel.

I would like to give a compliment to Mr. Daniel. He gave me and my family such a very warm welcome and beautiful smile. He also recommend tourist attraction and some good restaurant to us. And what I like about the hotel is the location, we took a bus from Stavanger airport and the bus stop is not far from the hotel. The breakfast is with a variety of choice, the test is also good. The room temperature was very stable and keep you not too warm from the cold temperature outside.

Hotel location is in the middle of Stavanger and very close to all facilities such as transport, restaurants, bars, city center etc. Staff is very friendly, always available and helpful. It occurred some questions with room quality and staff fixed it in very short time. Good breakfast. Strongly recommended to stay.

Ample, well illuminated room with lots of mirrors, a desk, a sofa, TV. Breakfast was tasty and varied, I found everything I'd want for breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Centrally located.

The flush was not working properly, it was releasing a discharge every few minutes, whose noise disturbed my sleep on the first night. I soon learned that using the more powerful flush stopped the discharges and with that the issue was resolved.

comfortable room. we were upgraded to junior suite when our bathroom shower backed up and needed a plumber. This made us comfortable and let us continue our activities without interruption. Service and responsiveness was excellent.

Good breakfast and friendly staff

Room not ready for check in at agreed upon time, had to wait in the reception for an hour. Booked a twin room, but got "upgraded" to a room with only one double bed. I was not informed, and there was no other room. Receptionist offered to turn the little sofa into a bed. When you search a hotel with twin beds as a requirement, a sofa will not do.

Excelent location, near the center of the city and in front of train station. It deserves specially mention Daniel, the receptionist, who give us tips about things to do in the city and explain us all with a map (thank you very much!). Also: clean room, comfortable beds, and we have to do early check out and they offer us “cold breakfast” with a lot of stuff to choose.

We were lucky enough to get a corner room on the eighth floor - really quiet, spacious and comfortable. Huge shower. Breakfast was amazing - great selection of hot and cold food Good location - 5 minute walk to the bus stop for the airport bus and less than ten minute walk to the city and harbour
