NOTHING. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.

Everything is a ruine, this place is TERRIBLE. We had to pay 20 Lva " tips" to the parking people who work there, excepting the money for the parking accommodation...otherwise they said they can't check us in the hotel.....so we felt pressure to pay extra (tips) for the people who work to the parking area! Omg! What a country!!These people are so poor in mind..so humiliating! The people working there are very bitter and unpolite, the room was very DIRTY, we've never seen a place like that in our life before, just disgusting. We found poo on the wall in bathroom and on toilet seat, that room looked like it was never cleaned... The food was served the same for at least 3 days and tasted so bad! First they boil a food, then they reboil and after fry it..shocking...We were lucky to eat outside the hotel, in other places. We made our check out earlier! We'll never come back to Bulgaria again...not to this place for sure. So, if you like educated and mannered people, please choose wisely. Cause, based on reviews and photos, this place looks like a great option, but in reality, it doesn't meet any of the criterias wanted. From what we've seen there, this is a place more suitable for uneducated people, happy with poor conditions. We have even seen people swearing there, being agresive and nobody from the working hotel team did anything to try to solve the situation. Just don't go to this place if you are a well mannered person, a lover of beauty and educated people. Here, everything was simply terrible, without hesitation. To all the person who work there, SMILE, HELP, or simply QUIT if you cannot do your job properly. It is a simple and important human value,all over the world. You guys have no excuse. People are paying for receiving a nice holiday,so don't judge! Maybe the photos will show some of what we experienced in this disgusting place. We'll say PASS to Bulgaria from now on, thanks to this experience.

Bad service, bad employees. A girl comes out of the pool freezing and they don't give her a towel because she doesn't have a ticket. She cries but the employee doesn't care. Unpleasant in the dining room. Unpleasant at the reception. Bad experience and we will never return to this hotel. They must get their employees to smile a little. An unpleasant place. We wanted to stay a few hours more they said so go to another romm and pay 10 euro .i am with a baby !!!go to another room really ? U cannot go with Baby carriage no where, 100 stairs every where . Realy a bad hotel . For free i will not go there .

Minor detail - carpets on the hallway

it is possible to stay, but we would not want to return. not lucky with the weather, but it's good that the hotel has a sauna and a small heated indoor pool. the food is not bad.

Catering was done in 2 shifts (we got the second shift), so even the most popular dishes were not fresh. Very dirty eating utensils. Parking: Cars are parked in 1-3 rows. We were set up, unable to contact the driver of that car (good thing we weren't in a hurry to the airport)

Everything was perfect, starting from the parking and ending with the reception. :)

There is a discrepancy between food and alcohol, the food is great, but the quality of the alcohol is poor ( it will be better if you will change the brands/product, maybe lower the variety and provide a few drinks, but good.

İ liked the price. Food was good. Clean rooms.

Heated pool was a joke. İt was showing al the time 27° on the paper on the wall. But real water was max 20°. İ asked the guy who is working there he said " İ know it's cold" ...İ think they are just waiting to get warm water ,when outside is 40°.

very bad costumer service, unhealthy, rude, very bad communication, food was poor choice, we were ask to leave when we was eating our dinner, too crowded around pool area, no even fresh coffee, no bottle water , no fresh juice on all inclusive.

Nothing. Totally Failed vacation!

700 m distance until the beach with approx. 90 stairs. Bad food! Dirty hotel (carpet, bed mattresses etc.)! Common spaces are too little for the guests (To the pools, the beach loungers are next to each other. No distance between them. To the restaurant, the tables are next to each other). We had stomach problems. The kid also get a bad flu because in the restaurant and lobby the AC temperature is very low. The treatment is with antibiotic. Hotel prefered by Romani people.

The location is great, it's absolutely hotel for family with children. The food was good, there were no queue at the bar. The were few people in outdoor and indoor pool, but the sunbeds were almost covered with someone's towel. The staff speaks bulgarian, romanian, russian and english. It is about 7 minutes walk to the beach.

The restaurant was a little bit crowed.
