Extremely rude hotel manager who did not want to talk to us and look at the confirmation from the booking service that the accommodation has already been paid. She insisted we pay again. After I complained to the booking service, a notification arrived from the hotel in which they asking a booking service to return our money. Despite the fact that we booked an apartment with a kitchen, the kitchen was not in function, it was not possible to make coffee.

- Stains on pillowcases - No shampoo or body wash - Thin walls - Almost impossible to find parking in the evening In the next morning, we booked the double room again with booking.com to stay one more night. Despite having paid for another night through the app, we received word from Hotel Zeus that the room was in fact not available. The hotel offered us a "better room" if we paid an additional charge of 20 lv. This was very inconvenient, as we were notified 5 minutes before our check out time. We had to rush to our car that was parked 15 minutes away and pack everything up before we overstayed too long. There needs to be better communication between booking and the hotel, as the room was listed as available when it wasn't. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Room was clean, staff was helpful and polite, restaurant was with good variety of meals and reasonable prices.

Great experience. The apartment we stayed at was perfect for a family with a child, as we could hang out in the living room while the little one napped in the bedroom. The staff was nice and attentive. The restaurant was excellent. The location of the hotel is great!
