Is a nice hotel. Comfy bed, good size bathroom. Very clean. I think is recently refurbished/renovated. It has all the necessary needed amenities. Adam and Sam customer service was exceptional. They were so friendly and very helpful. Will definitely visit again.

Do not stay at this hotel!
It’s disgusting!
Stains bed, blood up walls, broken facilities.
I didn’t stay and walked out, asked for a refund and was told no.

Wholes in ceiling with wires hanging out, bad smell, stained sheets, noisy fan, window that physically couldn’t be shut as had a bar placed there, rain and noise from outside all night. We booked 2 nights and didn’t even stay the 2nd night. All this was after a request to change room immediately on seeing it, the 2nd room was just as bad. We didn’t get there till 9pm so couldn’t find anywhere else to stay. I also requested a full refund for both nights and have been totally ignored via email and via booking.com

staff were really rude. we were approached by a really weird man inside the hotel aswell.

Pretty quiet. Basic no frills
Not very clean, toilet seat was broken, the place is run down but they are trying to improve it.

Location - near to where we want to be on the wknd.
Room - very spacious compare to other hotel rooms.
Rear Entrance - carpark very dirty, Our very First impression of the hotel.
Shower- Hot water - took long time to get heated up, and when it gets warm its very hot.
Can get too noisy at night.

There was mould in my room and it was cold. The window was broken so couldnt close and it had a damp smell. The lift had a message saying if you use it you may get stuck and its not the hotels responsibility.

Shower room looked new and clean.
Poor cleanliness, dirty marks on all walls, dark dust back of the door, window. Bed side lights not working, mattress not very comfortable, door lock works but really wobbly, feels like would fall off soon.

Sign on the door to the carpark said the door would be locked at 12am but they locked it at 10pm. When I called reception they made we walk round to the front entrance in the rain.
Bathroom door handle was hanging off.
Electric heated towel rail was hanging off the wall and hooked on to the toilet roll holder. Very unsafe.
Also the place is a dump.

It was very noisy. We were woken several times by people talking loudly in the corridor & also someone knocking on the door next to ours for ages.

it’s dirty smelly the walls and windows are filthy the place needs reporting and shutting down how there still open I’ll never know!

musty smells hidden by old air freshener. Toilet pan detached from floor. Needs a revamp. decoration very tired. seemed dirty. felt more like a probation hostel. 2/10

Pictures didn’t match the reality. On going Maintenance work, carpets through out were filthy and water stained , no food of any kind available was told to ring Uber eats or go to a mini market even though there was a restaurant behind the bar area. Ran a bath which had a hint of yellow to it, no idea where the water was coming from, the shower was slow and a trickle.

The price and the bathroom had recently been done and the shower was very good.
The car park needs extra lighting and the spaces are very cramped. There was no kettle in the room. I pointed this out at reception and was told they would get one put in but on checking out there was still no kettle! Pillows too hard.
