I liked the location, the availability of shops, cafes and entertainment facilities. There is a large playground nearby for children. A nice area, although it is noisy in the evening because everyone is having fun. But on the contrary, we liked it, because you can feel the lively atmosphere and you have many opportunities to have fun. The room was basic but looked clean.

The design seemed a little funny in room. The shower room and the bathroom in general are similar to those on a train. There was not much space inside the room. But it seems to me that it depends on the price.

Hotel is very expensive when shows are on at Arena or Stadium. very limited parking at hotel, but other parking is near by, but is expensive.

Location is good....Same stuff daily...it would be nice if daily some changes are there in the menu.

Breakfast Buffet Menu was same, all most everyday.

The room was very hot, there was no opportunity for air con. I did like how we could open the window but it didn’t provide much ventilation. Also, we couldn’t work out how to connect our phone to the TV so smart tvs would be better.

The bed was horrible. The TV is to low on the wall. Couldn't connect firestick to TV as the source button on controller was turned off. Couldn't get WiFi in the room, only when I had breakfast. Only 4 little pouches of milk, no sweetener and only 1 tea bag. No bin under the table.

The hotel and room were clean. The bed was comfy too

The tv remote wouldn’t work properly so couldn’t turn the audio description off. Even after having the maintenance team out, it still hadn’t been turned off. And the shampoo is horrendous and made my hair feel like absolute straw. I’m fine with providing my own, I just forgot this time and was not happy with it.

Close to all amenities

Not clean ,drainage smell through the wash basin,beds too small ,thin and my sons legs were off the end ,carpets were dirty broken in table top, not enough milk for tea and coffee only 1 sachet, ,the carpets were stained and grubby we paid £603 for 3 nights to live in such low standard accommadtion.

No hot water. No pillows had to request.

Think the staff was lovey. My friend and I went to say while we are both 17 and they just wanted consent from our parents and the process was super easy so thank you so much.

Honestly nothing I think it was perfect. They also let us keep our luggage there during the day when we were leaving so we didn’t have to carry it around with us.

Twin beds were unconfirmed and similar to camp beds. Not what I expect when paying almost £300 for 1 night

The location was spot on, we travelled for a concert at Wembley so the location was just perfect. Also the staff was fantastic; helpful, warm and welcoming.

The room we stayed at had an awful smell coming from the sink which made the whole room a bit smelly. Also the pictures were made to make the rooms look a lot bigger.
