The location suited us and we wanted a pool.
When arriving at 10.30pm 7 members of staff were at reception but we still had to wait despite nobody else waiting. No polite question how our travels were. Very arrogant lazy staff.
Room was hot, air-conditioning not working properly (it was only 21°C) outside but warmer inside. Very noise party going on right below our window till past midnight. TV channels not properly set up, so most channels empty.
Bathroom was tiny and run down. Poor design.
Breakfast room was noisy and the good was OK but nothing great.
£15 for parking is also too much.

Changed to a wet room as my son had broken his leg which was very helpful. Large room. Kettle and tea and coffee but no biscuits. Breakfast gave a good choice of hot and cold food and drink
Had a terrible nights sleep because of the planes going right over the hotel. Felt like you were sleeping on the runway. Stayed previously near by at another hotel and didn’t hear a thing

Nice Room, bit of a tight squeeze for the shower but it was all really nice
Room Number Signage around the building to rooms was non-existent

Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful
Only 2 staff covering a very very busy bar so service was very slow.
Our room had a very unpleasant smell to it which was off putting… very clean but awful smell. We didn’t need to spend much time in it thank fully. We had a power cut on the Sunday morning which meant no lighting or electricity.

Comfortable, lovely staff.
Was very surprised I didn’t see any vending machines or bottled water supplied. I’ve stayed in similar hotels who did.

Location was great. just a short lovely walk around the lake to get to Resorts World.
Breakfast was really nice and good value. had dinner in the bar /restaurant which was also nice. great ceaser salad!
no dislikes really but I do prefer to have bathrobes provided ;)

Great location, clean room, easy parking, amazing breakfast!
Handle in the shower was broken

The room was comfortable and reception staff were friendly and helpful.
I was a disabled guest with mobility issues, with my adult disabled daughter in a wheelchair who also has mental health issues and found all the crowds at the restaurants too much, and overwhelming so we decided to eat in our room. Reception were aware we were disabled as they made a made a point of it on our room account in case of emergancy
Day 1. NIGHT OF ARRIVAL FRIDAY NIGHT. No menus in the rooms, so I decide to go and get a menu from down stairs, I ask a member of staff which reception and I was told that I could go down to any of the restaurants and order any item on the menu there and take it to my room. It was quite a walk to the restaurants for someone who was tired from travelling and had mobility problems, using a walking stick
No signs showed which restaurant I could order from so had to ask after walking around them all and starting ti struggle with walking. I was directed to the Gild Restuarant and told I could order anything there by a member of staff and I could take it to my room. I get back to the Gild and ask for a menu and check again if I can take it back to my room and assured I could, not sure what my daughter felt like eating I went to reception and explained the issue I'm disabled didnt think I could walk all way back down tonight please could i have room service number. They wrote it on the menu for me.
I go upstairs my daughter chooses what to eat, checking that there was nothing she couldn't eat in the ingredients and I ring up room service only to be told that we coukdntnorder the meatballs on roomservice there was only six items on roomservice and none of which we either could eat or like. So Im told I can order from any restaurant downstairs and take it to my room. I explain I'm a disabled guest, with a wheelchair user daughter and was told onluly five items.can be requested for room service.

Really close to my conference at nec hall 9.
Restaurant open long hours.
Nice staff.
Very expensive to park
Recurrent noise throughout the night in my bedroom, it sounded like a table being dragged across the floor. I was near the lift, perhaps it was the lift shaft?

Perfect location for world resorts arena
Staircase looked like the tradesmen’s entrance, not in keeping with the rest of the hotel.
Also £190 for 1 night and breakfast not included was overpriced in my opinion, but I needed a hotel near to world resorts arena.

Great location
Extra charges for parking £15 a night.. Bar drinks extremely over priced

Lovely room, good size, comfy beds, parking on site. Very close to NEC and arena, 10 minute walk on foot path.
Swimming pool changing area dirty, lifts broken and slow, had to use stairs and these are concrete and dirty. Dust evident between panels in room. Very expensive food and room cost for facilities provided.

Great breakfast, some nice healthy options over full english. Ideal for work.
Big place and room was a long walk but for what I paid, it was expected. A minor grumble.

Tight parking at £15 extra cost but very close to hotel

It was ideal for a visit to the Resort World Arena for a gig, just a ten minute walk. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice and seemed good quality.
Every message since booking opened with the phrase newly refurbished hotel, it isn’t. The restaurant looked like it had been refreshed but everywhere was tired looking, old and scruffy. Carpets are worn and stained, the lifts at C section struggled to open, doors and corridors were grubby, damaged or very old feeling. The room and bathroom felt they were due an overhaul.

The food at the bar was good.
My room wasn’t clean, it was full of dust and moths were flying around and on the bed and the curtains!! The room itself was very dates especially for a Hilton. My safe in my room wouldn’t work so I couldnt put any of my valuables in there. The mattress was hard like a rock and was incredibly uncomfortable. I had the worst night sleep, I think I woke up about 8 times as I was so uncomfortable. I used the pool during my stay and the changing rooms were disgusting there was hair all over the floor! I wish I had spent less money and stayed at a premier inn. Very disappointing.

The room was respective of its high price, in both sizing and amenities available.
The executive lounge and staff within were well untruly worth the price alone. They were very welcoming and accommodating within the lounge and would stop for a general chat with us to make us feel more at home.
The bar staff were severely lacking in customer service skills and need to learn appropriate in front of customers. I was getting some diet cokes for my children and I when I walked by a few staff members of that area loudly speaking and swearing during a general chat.
This was not acceptable in front of young children, when the issue was raised there was no apology given. As the weekend wore on; the bar staff then started refusing service to those attending a convention in the hotel using grounds of undesirability. It was as if they were trying to lose custom that weekend.

Very easy to get too, relaxing setting.
The shower room could of done with being a little bigger for wheelchair users

Well I didn’t enjoy my stay as the room was next to a lift that was in use all night and was in dire need of maintenance I could hear the shaft of the lift squealing and scraping, I had a terrible night sleep and I the fact I refused to stay the second night I woke up feeling exhausted and not good mood, I didn’t pay for a experience like that in a HILTON, on top the Asian/filipino receptionist didn’t handle the customer complaint very well I didnt feel like a guest more like a enemy he didn’t want to serve. His position shouldn’t be in the face of customer service. Shocking for HILTON

The bed was what was expected and high quality. The bathroom is acceptable. I only stayed here as I had a foot injury requiring corrective surgery.
The food was extortionately priced, and very poor. I requested a medium rare steak and most of it was rare and stringy. the brandy I had with my meal tasted watered down. The staff were too busy to listen, I asked what draught lagers were and was told you do Perronnii, I said ok and got a tiny bottle. My wife's meal was worse apart from the mac & cheese, tiny roasted vegetables for £7.50 Breakfast, mushrooms inedible, eggs cold, sausages good, bacon fair, and cheap baked beans. I left a tip only to find a service charge was applied. No site of bill. One of the questions is paid for wi-fi, it's like this with everything.

nice room and foyer. Food in bar was very nice
we were 1 minute late for breakfast and couldn't be service in main room as we hadn't already paid. Then had to wait 30 minutes from breakfast to be serviced at bar. We were on a tight schedule so this was stressful.
7.0
Beautiful setting, amazing communal spaces
The room was very "tired, I was so disappointed with the room when we got there, as it was my husband's 60th birthday and we had tickets for the area and I wanted it to be a "special" time. The room was very tired and realistically needs updated decor and bathroom to justify the approximately £170 night price tag
8.0
Easy to find, good layout, and very comfortable bed. Good gym, very clean and friendly
The sink was blocked for my entire stay (the plug wouldn’t undo), so it was a bit grim when needing to use the sink. The heating didn’t work either but there was a mobile heater in the room. I just would have thought the executive rooms would be all in working order…

Great staff good facilities. Nothing was too much trouble
Bit tired in decor but still good

Clean affordability
Breakfast was pricey
10.0
Nice location, room was very nice too and the hotel had a nice layout, so it was easy to get to my room and get out to the NEC as a result due to it's position.
It was a lot more pricey than I was expected probably due to the time as multiple events were on around at the NEC.
5.0
Just very overpriced, for what we paid I was surprised to find that areas of the bathroom and bedroom were in need of repair. Parking is just ridiculously expensive as well. As for the price of breakfast think that's a bit of a joke really.
Just overpriced, location was good for what we needed and bed was comfy.

The room was lovely spacious and clean
Guys and girls on concierge and housekeeping were really nice and helpful
Honestly it may sound silly but the men on checkin/reception were not that nice and quite stuck up and spoke down to me probly because i wasnt in a suit the ladies were lovely and helpfull
Also directions to the room were not good especially when the hotel is like a maze or labyrinth

buffet breakfast was lovely, close to NEC
Could have been a larger room

Food
No facilities for families in a family room. No fridge to store baby milk. Couldn’t provide anywhere to store it and wouldn’t provide warm milk of an evening via room service. Had to ask for lots of amenities for room which normally are provided. Staying in an executive room snacks and drinks only available for a 2 hour slot which is around dinner time anyway.

Ideal location for the event we attended
Nothing, it was good
