The location suited us and we wanted a pool.

When arriving at 10.30pm 7 members of staff were at reception but we still had to wait despite nobody else waiting. No polite question how our travels were. Very arrogant lazy staff. Room was hot, air-conditioning not working properly (it was only 21°C) outside but warmer inside. Very noise party going on right below our window till past midnight. TV channels not properly set up, so most channels empty. Bathroom was tiny and run down. Poor design. Breakfast room was noisy and the good was OK but nothing great. £15 for parking is also too much.

Changed to a wet room as my son had broken his leg which was very helpful. Large room. Kettle and tea and coffee but no biscuits. Breakfast gave a good choice of hot and cold food and drink

Had a terrible nights sleep because of the planes going right over the hotel. Felt like you were sleeping on the runway. Stayed previously near by at another hotel and didn’t hear a thing

Nice Room, bit of a tight squeeze for the shower but it was all really nice

Room Number Signage around the building to rooms was non-existent

Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful

Only 2 staff covering a very very busy bar so service was very slow. Our room had a very unpleasant smell to it which was off putting… very clean but awful smell. We didn’t need to spend much time in it thank fully. We had a power cut on the Sunday morning which meant no lighting or electricity.

Comfortable, lovely staff.

Was very surprised I didn’t see any vending machines or bottled water supplied. I’ve stayed in similar hotels who did.

Location was great. just a short lovely walk around the lake to get to Resorts World. Breakfast was really nice and good value. had dinner in the bar /restaurant which was also nice. great ceaser salad!

no dislikes really but I do prefer to have bathrobes provided ;)

Handle in the shower was broken

The room was comfortable and reception staff were friendly and helpful.

I was a disabled guest with mobility issues, with my adult disabled daughter in a wheelchair who also has mental health issues and found all the crowds at the restaurants too much, and overwhelming so we decided to eat in our room. Reception were aware we were disabled as they made a made a point of it on our room account in case of emergancy Day 1. NIGHT OF ARRIVAL FRIDAY NIGHT. No menus in the rooms, so I decide to go and get a menu from down stairs, I ask a member of staff which reception and I was told that I could go down to any of the restaurants and order any item on the menu there and take it to my room. It was quite a walk to the restaurants for someone who was tired from travelling and had mobility problems, using a walking stick No signs showed which restaurant I could order from so had to ask after walking around them all and starting ti struggle with walking. I was directed to the Gild Restuarant and told I could order anything there by a member of staff and I could take it to my room. I get back to the Gild and ask for a menu and check again if I can take it back to my room and assured I could, not sure what my daughter felt like eating I went to reception and explained the issue I'm disabled didnt think I could walk all way back down tonight please could i have room service number. They wrote it on the menu for me. I go upstairs my daughter chooses what to eat, checking that there was nothing she couldn't eat in the ingredients and I ring up room service only to be told that we coukdntnorder the meatballs on roomservice there was only six items on roomservice and none of which we either could eat or like. So Im told I can order from any restaurant downstairs and take it to my room. I explain I'm a disabled guest, with a wheelchair user daughter and was told onluly five items.can be requested for room service.
