The distance from terminal 3, I thought it would have been much closer

Nothing to dislike

Close to the airport. Bed was really comfortable. Really nice dinner in the central part of hotel. Quiet. Manager did attempt to make things better.

We were downgraded to a Queen room without being told. We had to complain and were moved to the King rooms we had paid for. We were then not given bath robes we had paid for and only given one towel.

Felt Service was not good at breakfast and also in the day at the lounge At breakfast had Tea but had to ask for milf so she took one off another table who had just left!

Hotel viejo húmedo áreas en mal estado alfombra vieja y desgastada , no vale el precio que pague , no tienen traslado fácil a las terminales, nunca me volvería a quedar allí

They are rather unprofessional in billing. For a one night stay they have debited my credit card twice.

It was calm and nice and the staff were very nice. The bed was clean

My room was a bit dirty. The sink faucet was dirty, the toilet seat was dirty and there were hairs in the shower and on the table in front of the bed. I didn’t take more photos because I was very tired and just wanted to sleep for a few hours before my flight

Clean, super convenient as it’s a 5 minute covered walk to terminal 4, lovely staff.

The beds were awfully hard and uncomfortable.Wasn’t able to sleep for much of the night.

Hotel did not checked my reservation which included breakfast and when got to restaurant they told me it was not included and even they called front desk but they confirmed was not included. I was running to check on my reservation and had to go back to front desk with my booking confirmation and by then breakfast was closing, they let me have it but in a hurry. The restaurant menu is short and they did not allowed to add any ingredient to what is in the menu even though they asked chef. Room was nice but no possible to use smart tv as it is fix to not use.

Was für ein Frühstück! Ich kann nur sagen: Bucht spätere Flüge oder steht früher auf, um Euch Zeit für dieses überraschend tolle Frühstück zu nehmen. Mit Live-Cooking und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Der ganze Foyer-Bereich mit Front-Desk, Bar und Restaurant ist zum Wohlfühlen gemacht und man vergißt, daß man an einem Flughafen ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und helfen mit vielen Dingen aus, wenn man sich vor dem Abflug noch nicht ganz sortiert hat. An Schreibtisch und Teppich sieht man vereinzelt, daß die Zimmereinrichtung etwas älter ist - das trübt den Komfort und Standard aber nicht. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Bad sehr schick. Alles sauber.

Das Zimmerfenster ist überraschend schmal und weit unten. Stört aber nicht, wenn man hier nur kurz übernachten will.

Fantastic hotel - comfortable, relaxing, very modern and very convenient for the airport.

I spent too much in the bar and at the restaurant!!! (My bad, not the hotel's per se.) Also the smoking area outsid ethe hotel is a bit crappy.

My room was a bit old. But very clean. The location is isolated from everything. Next to gate 4 but there were no shops or food possibilities except of the hotel itself. Also: the fridge didn’t work properly. Was brought another fridge and it was even worse.

Very attractive design and high quality accommodation. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Particular thanks are due to the concierge Paul who provided exceptional service.

Room was well appointed and comfortable, Breakfast location was lovely overlooking a kitchen garden with a pond and ducks! Food was good quality and plentiful, staff were very attentive to everyone's needs. T4 location was excellent and would always stay here when flying into the UK

Good position and friendly staff . Nice room with tea and coffee facilities.

Price of breakfast . Bar/restaurant like an aeroplane hanger !

Very, clean, comfortable, quality and easy to walk into terminal 4.

Great lounge area with bar and cafe were perfect place to recover after 24 hour trip. Staff absolutely incredible- helpful and friendly. Beds were also top notch.

Access to health centre- would be great to make it more open.

The room was excellent with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The meal at the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast the following morning. Check in and out was hassle free and the location for terminal 4 could not be easier.

This is not really a dislike more a comment, the dispensers in the shower, shampoo, conditioner etc could be positioned a bit further away from the shower, I caught my arm on the dispenser and broke the top off, wnen walking down the corridor the following morning I noticed a lot of dispensers on the cleaning trolleys with broken dispensers!

Room a little tired in places

Convenient location, spacious, staff on the whole friendly.

Service was slow in the restaurant. Discovered hair on the bathroom floor from a previous guest. The shower gel container had less than 10% contents remaining. The tiles grouting had visible dirt. The air conditioning unit was noisy and had an effect on my sleep. I would not consider returning to this hotel.
