Paid a lot for a harbour view suite, and it was great. Regrettably it's so busy we couldn't get two consecutive nights to fit travel plans so went to Fowey after that.

Everything was lovely, the stairs creak a lot but it was just like home, old properties have atmosphere!

Views of the harbour are excellent. Breakfast was Amazing, with a great choice, freshly cooked. Excellent tea and coffee facilities.

The room was located right above the bar and was a little noisy, but to be expected due to location. Didnt disturb our sleep mind!

Breakfast was fabulous. Staff very attentive and helpful. Friendly people. Loved the little extras like luxury quality toiletries and tea and biscuits!

Parking was a pain…. Had to park in public pay and display which was full so had to drive around for ages until a space became available!

Couldn't fault this hotel. Staff lovely. Rooms are beautifully clean, modern and spacious with beautiful views of the harbour - recommend booking a harbour view.

Wonderful place to stay. Great location, really good rooms (the bed was so comfy) and a wonderful breakfast each morning. I tried a different breakfast each morning and each one was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they made me feel very welcome.

The second room service of the week was very basic and not as thorough as the previous one but the whole place was exceptionally clean and tidy.

Harbour Inn was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at along our week-long trek of the South West Coast Path. We arrived just after 4pm and were quickly checked in and shown to our spacious hotel room on the second floor. We were also offered the option to book dinner which I'd highly recommend doing as we had a fantastic meal later in the night. Breakfast was amazing the next morning too. Our room was comfortable and quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were so friendly.

Clean, spacious room with bath. Comfortable bed, food excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Great location for harbour and a stunning beach 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. If we’re ever back in Porthleven we will.

Only booked for one night, wished we could have stayed longer. Fabulous quirky room, interesting style of furniture. Key lock card system, that worked and didn't have to keep resetting.
