The usual games between Accor properties and booking.com. Property cant provide a tax invoice and neither does Bookin.com
A business traveller needs valid receipt/tax invoices.

not much .. it was an ordinary room
for $293.05 I expected much better ..

The location is great with an enormous amount of good restaurants. Hotel has a garage, the rooms are big and I was greeted with a very personal not as an Accor Member. Really nice touch.
The breakfast was rather average, the breakfast staff totally overloaded and not very attentative.

I was there for one night but the bed was great i came to the hotel not having a good sleep for 24 hours straight bet bed was very clean and confi.
The parking i had to pay but i have to park out side the grass area which i believe should be free for guest on first come first serve basics.

Answered all questions with ease and made our stay very comfortable
We did have a broken bedside reading light which was concerning for the kids in the room as wires were hanging out near the bed head
Adults swapped beds to sleep there to make kids more comfortable

no slippers and mineral water replenishment.. they charged if needed, surprised to hear that. supposed most hotels replenished every day.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Couldn't do enough for you.
The hotel was beautiful, very clean.
Room was spacious with a great view (5th floor)
Unfortunately the only thing that let our stay down was the cooked breakfast was not hot enough. I like my food hot and it was just warm. One of the heat lamps wasn't working overhead which may have contributed.

The hotel was very nice clean nit and tidy. The location was soo gd close to everything.
What I didn’t like that the hotel charges you for parking. This is was a bit unfair from the hotel.

Love this place, indoor swimming pool, sauna, great gym, friendly staff, abundance of restaurants nearby, mall beneath novotel has bowling, cinemas, pokies, bars and more restaurants

Clean and quiet. Location is good, so close to restaurants and shopping mall.
They don't provide bottles of water except the first day when you check in.
The welcome fruit bowl is supported to be impressive, but the fruit was not very fresh

comfy bed, warm pool
The USB plug only worked some of the time and only when the TV was on. The shampoo and conditioner tray was installed in an inconvenient spot in the shower. I had to bend myself out of the way to wash my hair. The sausages and bacon were undercooked at the breakfast buffet.
