Landlady was great very helpful, location great, so casual stay, couldn't fault it

We brought our own shower mat as base of shower in room 5 quite slippery for pensioner's (possibly a handrail inside shower wouldn't go amiss?)

Breakfast was excellent, served by our charming hostess in a pleasant room overlooking the sea. The entire house was tastefully decorated and our room was very comfortable with a fine view. The atmosphere of the house was friendly and relaxed, which was just what we were looking for! We would have no hesitation in recommending the Coasthouse as a great place to stay!

The property is in a great location near shops, cafes, seafront walk etc. A lovely clean, comfortable room with a shower room. A great view of Swansea Bay from the window. Delicious breakfast.

TV is in a separate sitting area to bed...so when watching later evening it got quite cold.

The Coast House is fabulous; Andrew made us feel very welcome and was a great host. The house has modern and fresh decor but we still found it to be cosy and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and there was very little (if any) outside noise with the windows closed. The bathroom was modern and well appointed with a spacious shower unit. The little chill-out TV room - in between the bedroom and bathroom - was an unusual and funky twist. Breakfast was lovely with attentive and friendly service. The location on the Mumbles Road is convenient, and we found it fairly easy to secure free parking directly adjacent, in the car park outside The George pub. Our short stay (two nights) was thoroughly enjoyable and I would highly recommend the Coast House.

Room a little on the small side if staying for more than a few nights. The shower water pressure was very poor, anyone with long hair would struggle.

This is a great B&B in a good location right on the seafront. Owners are very welcoming & provide a really high quality service. The breakfasts are fantastic. Our stay was superb & we would definitely recommend to others. Many thanks.

The room was clean and comfortable with modern decor and exceptional view of Swansea Bay. The bathroom for our room was separate, but it was only across the landing and was clean, well-ventilated with ample hot water for the shower (unlike many hotel and B&B showers in my experience!). We'd stay there again without hesitation.

Better noise insulation needed? The Coast House is on Mumbles Road, which is the main thoroughfare around Swansea Bay so the sound of passing traffic is inevitable. The noise from cars and motorbikes was intrusive on occasion but subsided quickly after 11.00pm.
