Comfortable and clean, it was right next to the station and all the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. The rooms felt modern and fresh

We were told that we could pay for breakfast in the morning if we wanted to, but it would have been helpful if there was information about this in the room, as well as information about the wifi. A basic information pack in the room could be useful

The air cooling unit gave our hot air , the staff tried to move rooms for me but was the same issue - ha the window open but the noise from the busy road was awful - the staff gave me a refund for the next night

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Not obvious where the entrance was if arriving on foot!

It was clean, tidy and overall just a nice place to stay, loved the bathroom

The fire alarm waking us up in the morning, but these things happen to anyone so can’t be helped

Breakfast looked nice but was cold to eat.

Room was comfortable and the breakfast a good choice. I did have an evening meal which was of a good standard. No complaints. The prices for a hotel were very fair.

The window let traffic noise in although it was double glazed. Probably needed new seals around the window. Otherwise it was a comfortable bed and room.

Romm clean and tidy. Staff really friendly and helpful.
