Motel was conveniently located very close to Airport. The room and amenities were quite sufficient for our stay.

Room was excellent and very comfy bed and pillows. Nice flatscreen Samsung - couldn’t figure out how to screencast to it so watched tv. Nice bathroom - no conditioner but the hair/body wash was good quality. Excellent friendly staff. Toasted sandwich was absolutely terrible so didn’t buy any other food. Otherwise perfect. Lovely front desk staff members and excellent shuttle service to airport for only $12.

This hotel never disappoints. I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Perfect location, staff are always helpful and great to have a restaurant on site!

Rooms felt dirty. Carpet was not clean at all. The cleaners used the couch pillows as door stoppers.

First time staying in hotels and didn’t know how buy or how is work with getting food. I ask staff in kitchens and didn’t explain me properly. I’m not happy with her so never get food here.

Location is excellent. Ibis generally provide a good level of quality across the board and that was here certainly the case.
The buffet breakfast offered was somewhat limited if I compare this to the many Ibis hotels I have stayed in, mostly in Europe. Maybe by Australian standards it was par for the course.

Small rooms bed moves not enough light, broken lights, not enough milk room service didn’t work. Air con was crap. Bathroom facilities was terrible felt lol I was camping. Restaurant too expensive.

They provided flexible time to allow guests and visitors have plenty time to feed/ eat.
Staff were super friendly, check in and out was quick, efficient and fast.
Wish they could provide transportation to central station.
It takes ages to wait for a cab or Uber.
I think it will much affordable if they do provide transportation to central station enroute the airport .

Smells nice in reception
They don't do daily housekeeping. They say it's in their policy but no where to be seen in the policy. No new towels or bedsheets, to save their money on house keeping.

great location, good value for money and excellent facilities
Bit of confusion over breakfast being included - had to request a refund as it was not discussed at check out and I was charged in error. I felt like I was interrupting the guy when I went to check out. A bit of care or interest at that point might have saved the trouble.

Didn't ask for a quiet room but semi got one. Just the airport noises, jet air craft take of and fly ins. Senior staff member at reception very helpful.
Booking.com was very slow this day. We booked in online approx 2hrs earlier than arrival and they had to book us in manually. We have now paid twice because the manual booking had to be paid there and then. Then I see Booking.com has billed us a s well. Will be applying for a refund. I'll try the excellent Ibis Hotel first

Excellent location to the airport, friendly and helpful check in. Early morning shuttle bus helpful and on time. A restaurant on ground floor made the stay a complete positive experience.
Facilities somewhat dated, although satisfactory.
