No shower mat curtains very dusty set my partners asma off remote did not work for the tv toilet button broken

all went well thank you we didn't have the breakfast as we had breakfast with friends
No problems parking a bit tight just saying

comfortable bed and pillows. The room amenities were fine with good choice of beverages.
The breakfast grill was well presented and the food was of good quality and a variety of cereals, fresh fruit and juice's.
Good selection for evening meal menu in the restaurant.
Nice little bar for guests.
Staff provided great customer service very friendly and approachable.
The only small concern was the ensuite mirror was a little high for a person of 5ft 5inch or less to be able to see better.

Breakfast and evening meal was perfectly cooked and fair portions
Only 1 small bottle of drinking water in room. Asked housekeeper for more, but still only got 1!

Rooms are a good size, and are clean. there is free parking on site.
The wifi works well in all areas. There is a bar and restaurant, a nice little hotel.

Shoe box of a room. En suite behind wardrobe doors. No windows to look out but 2 skylights above bed, 1 very draughty with cold breeze coming down on pillows. Very dated furniture and lamp shade torn/ coming apart. Needless to say we left and drove home. VERY disappointing.

very nice room, nice and clean, but staff were not friendly or not helpful at all
I found the staff not helpful at all myself and my friend were not very well I’ll see if we could book in earthy. He wanted to charge us £20 to book in at 2 o’clock instead of four

Although located on the main A12 the room was very quiet. Plenty of tea & coffee and reception very friendly.

Staff was amazing and understanding,agreed to serve very tasty dinner to the room,very comfortable bed,spacious and bright room,nice bathroom,wide range of teas and coffee in a little bar provided and a kettle,cosy carpet,all very clean,lots of towels and toilet paper,very quiet,amazing breakfast in the restaurant.

it’s location was perfect for our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless.
Thin walls. You could hear noise from other rooms and from above.
