Staff were excellent and v friendly Facilities were v good

The location was very good; close to beaches and Old town Albufeira. Local food shops were in walking distance. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety and fresh items available.

Bed in the room. Not sure, why I was given two single beds instead of one double bed.

Staff at lunch were very good in general the hotel was nice and most were very helpful. Just one or two things could definitely do with approving

Waited an hour and a half after check in time in which we were told a member of staff said to wait in the lobby and would inform us when it was ready. After a time I went back up to reception and room was ready to go seemly for awhile without being told. One or two stains on bedding noticed on day 1. pool could’ve been cleaner.

Very good service throughout, place is big. It's in a very good location with local amenities at a short walking distance.

Room: spacious, comfortable beds, mini fridge to store drinks. Bathroom was fine, balcony suffice. Air con needs upgraded it wasn't cool despite numerous attempts to fix it but overall room was fine and quiet Facilities: one paddling pool for toddlers which was fine and two main swimming pools which were fine. Lots of loungers and space outside. Inside pool looked fine but you need a swim cap. Did not use squash court as it costs 20 euro for an hour and the gym is free. Shop at reception for snacks etc but cheaper to but in town or supermarket Food and drink: buffet breakfast was nice, good variety, had cereals, porridge, some fruits, yoghurts, breads and pastries, also had eggs in different ways, bacon and hotdog style sausages. Nice jams and juices. Good options at lunch and dinner but again cheaper in town. Drinks were cheaper in town, average beer was 6 euro, similar for wine, soft drinks 3 euro Location: bus went to and from old town up until 6pm every two to three hours which for some would be useful. Taxi was 5 euro into or out of old town. I had no issue walking, took about 20mins to get to old town, 10mins to nearest supermarket, mcdonalds and eating places. Yes it is on a hill but wouldn't call it steep but it is an incline so of you struggle a taxi would be better Overall hotel was really good, have stayed in others though that were nearer old town and slightly better in terms of being more modern for the same price however if it was available and reasonable I would return

Room furniture could be updated but this is not a major issue Lot of ants outside near pool area not really sure why, was noticeable but not off putting Drinks could be more reasonable

The room was big enough, the location was fantastic with plenty of parking pace, Breakfast was awesome but bit busy if you are late. Staffs were very helpful.

It was really warm in the room, the AC was working but, was not cooling enough, So we were given a stand fan in the room.

Location is perfect, very close to the old town. staffs are friendly.

We pretty much liked everything! There were multiple facilities we had never had in other 4 starts hotels: swimming pools (plural), spa, gym, squash, restaurant, bar, board games! You would never get bored! The vibe and the atmosphere were amazing, everyone was welcoming and available to help, always smiling and in a good mood! It was definitely the best place to be!

Quick check-in, nice & clean room, good breakfast, free parking for motorcycle on the street, gym&pool included. Comfortable bed and keetle in the room.

nothing, I have absolutely no complaints about this property, it was excellent

Peaceful and safe for a solo traveller, came by myself to get some good rest and was happy to get the much needed rest I required. Even though there were a lot of guests it wasn't noisy which was nice.

Breakfast hot food options slightly limited compared to other places I have stayed however was still nice, for the price I paid the trip was a bargain so not much to complain about

Great hotel for families, they gave us an upgrade free of charge, very good breakfast with variety of choices, comfortable beds.

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, free bus to 3 different areas of Albefuria, excellent breakfast
