I found a cockroach going below the bed.

It was great, staff, restaurant, breakfast ..everything was super and fit to our needs.

The breakfast is good, there are always several types of food and there are also sweets and hot and cold drinks. in any case, the breakfast meets all the price criteria. Comfort and hygiene are at a satisfactory level, and heating also since we stayed in the winter period. The apartment is spacious, so the children enjoyed it. a playground for children could be built, but that is not a flaw but rather a statement. staff very friendly and always ready to respond to all requests.

Internet, when it works the connection is good and everything is fine, the problem is that it doesn't work more than it works. In particular, families with small children, if they want to animate the children at bedtime with cartoons or music, sometimes they will not have the opportunity to do so because the Internet is unavailable. Disappear by random variant.. So it worked very disappointingly. In the new year, there was absolutely no possibility to use it and hear from someone. in case someone needs to work, it's simply impossible with this quality of internet. Also the restaurant, its working hours are until 00:00, but once it closed before 21:00, so we had to run around the city with the children for dinner, which we planned to have at the hotel.

Large and clean room, good breakfast, spacious and free parking, very good position for car visitors.

Big room, air conditioner, working freezer, large parking, nice breakfast, a very friendly man managing the breakfast, a very friendly little girl that gave us the room.

We paid for 2 people but got only 1 set of towels. We thought it's a mistake, but we booked again the next week and we had the same issue. My wife forgot a more expensive shaving device in the bathroom. We called the hotel after leaving and they said "their policy" is to throw away stuff like that. Why? At least wait a few days to see if someone calls back for it. It was an expensive high quality one, not a one time cheap thing. The freezer should not be locked in a box, it needs the air in the room to cool itself otherwise it doesn't cool inside properly and it consumes a ton more electricity.
