Very friendly staff, very clean and good food 👌

Noise in room travelled with a little one and banging doors and people shouting so could hear everything in the building we were in..

Amazing place! Kids loved the water park and was so convenient having this on site. Beautiful pools. Food was delicious and great selection with new menu every day. Great bar service, lovely cocktails. Snack bar so handy for bites throughout the day. Staff were all so lovely and friendly. Kids loved the mini disco every night. Short walk to a lovely beach. Highly recommend this place to anyone travelling with small children!

Wonderful week spent at 3HB, I couldn't fault it. Amazing staff (my son loved Pedro!), nothing was too much trouble and it's a fantastic place for kids. The disco was great, and the food has something for everyone (especially me as I have allergies). The pools were superb, just a shame my son was too young for the slides, good excuse to come back next year!! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay memorable...5 stars!!!

We stayed for 4 nights with our 8 months old baby and everything was great! Very child friendly, tasty food, nice staff. Clean and well maintained apartment with two balconies. Short walk to scenic coastal trails and beaches.

Rooms were a great size

We woke one morning to the nastiest of smells. After reporting to reception someone from maintenance came to investigate (it turned out to be a dead bird in the cooker vent!), but it took a good few hours before the smell disappeared & it was terrible. No-one followed this up with us, either to let us know the outcome (we spoke with the maintenance guy ourselves), to check if the smell was gone or if we were happy to remain in the room- all very simple things, which I would have expected from a 4 ⭐️ property. There was a good selection of food, but desserts were limited. Staff on occasion very rude- particularly in relation to our request for a late checkout. We requested this early in our stay and were told we would have to come back on the morning of checkout (after breakfast)., which was very inconvenient, especially travelling with children. We were told that it could not be accommodated & this was a nightmare for us as a family, trying to keep kids entertained. It seems incomprehensible that a late checkout could not be accommodated- but it seems that this was the policy of the property. Our room was never cleaned before 2pm any day & we offered to pay for the extra few hours, but were told that it was not possible. After speaking with a manager, we were eventually given a room to shower & change in, but it ended our holiday so negatively.

like start with saying all in the property was very good, good entertainment but could do with less singing acts personally, food was good and some theme nights and plenty of, and queues were pretty quick when busy and same for the bar for drinks, hardly ever queues or if was then quick. good choice of cocktails and drinks. room cleaned Daily so that was good. location was brilliant as plenty around the hotel and a private beach area at bottom of the hill. and simple 6-7 minutes into albuifera which we went into old town a lot which is brilliant for a bit of everything and plenty going on with so many restaurants and bars and beach is lovely. second time visiting albuifera now and will be returning again.

only couple things I’ll say is that: 1 - the pools are little cold but suppose can’t be helped, even on a real hot day. 2- I was very disappointed the fact I made the same booking I do for my family each year and it wasn’t exactly a cheap price for the hotel but felt was worth it in the end for what I originally agreed to pay. when we checked in I was told booking.com claimed I booked for 2 adults and 2 infants when it was meant to be 2 adult / infant and child. i got charged a extra £280 on spot or was told by receptionist I could have a refund to which I wasn’t sure what she expected me to do there. That wasn’t a very good start to holiday but what could I do, will be making a complaint to booking.,com as I’m a high genius member and Book and have booked the same family holiday every year for many years now and never have I made a mistake so believe this was there mistake.

great for kids, everything seemed geared towards kids and everybody was wonderful with them

i wish the kids entertainers would come round and let you know what was happening. maybe some fun small kids activities around the baby pool. beds are quite uncomfortable
