A clean and pleasant hotel. A 5-minute walk from the center, the hotel staff is welcoming, helpful in everything and creates an home atmosphere. We really liked it!

Very noisy and disturbing ventilation system, producing many annoying sounds even when the system was off. The issue was mentioned to the staff, they were aware but no solution was provided. This resulted in sleepless nights.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Short walk from city centre, very clean, big and comfortable room, friendly staff.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. It really seems that the staff is caring and tries to do whatever it takes to complete the wishes, we are thankful for that. The location is great, near to everything in the historical center, but the hotel is hidden between the small cosy roads, so there is no noise from busy streets. The breakfast is good, although I would appreciate some vegetables, because there were none. The freshly squeezed orange juice was awesome and both the coffee and the fruits were good. We made use of the hotel umbrellas every day, thank you.

I did like very much breakfast. Location is excellent in my opinion. Room is spacious and clean.

As others have said, the hotel is located in a quiet street just a few minutes away from the central canal of Aveiro. We easily found parking on the larger street leading up to the hotel (paid parking Zone B) and paid at the machine to be able to stay until the following morning. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and all the staff kind and gracious. Rooms were comfortable with nice amenities.

Beds were a little uncomfortable.

Situated in a good quiet location. Easy to walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. Hotel had 2 parking spaces near by. Easy to park around the hotel cheaply if spaces were taken. Breakfast was very good. Bathroom excellent. Staff were helpful.

Minor detail was bed creaked a bit but otherwise nothing to complain about
