Das Hotel liegt in sehr guter Lage, sehr nahe zum Strand. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum ein und ausladen kann man direkt vor dem
Hotel parken. Zum dauerhaften parken muss man 500m ins Parkhaus. Es geht bergauf. Für beeinträchtigte Menschen bestimmt schwierig. Es ist jedoch im ganzen Ort sonst schwierig einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Daher war ich sehr dankbar für den Platz. Das Hotelzimmer war groß, hell und sauber mit kleinem Balkon. Das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger ausfallen.

Fomos muito bem recebidos. O café da manhã muito bom e com variedades. O quarto é amplo e limpo, mas senti um desconforto com o colchão.
O estacionamento é muito distante. Poderiam disponibilizar toalha para praia.

Very classy feeling hotel, nice interior, good service in english. The room was great, it was on 4th floor and had a balcony with nice view on the mountain. We could see the see too! Location was great with peace and still everything at hand. Cleaning every day.
There were no sockets by the beds for iphones.

Above all, the staff of great, friendly, smiling and very helpfull people who makes that Your stay is on a very high level. Really good location - couple steps to the beach, few steps to really nice restaurants. And that look during breakfast - fabulous.

Nice, clean hotel in a great location by the ocean. Lots of restaurants around.
We had a bit of bad luck that it was New Year's Eve (29 December is not New Year's Eve) and at night there was very loud music playing outside and the hotel walls were shaking. It was impossible to sleep. This is not the hotel's fault. Although for me it is strange to make so much noise at night from 2 to 6am and no one asked to turn the music down, not even the police were called.

Location and the room space.
The room is big but doesn’t have enough furniture and there are no shelves in the bathroom to put our things. The bathroom floor was full of hair and I had to clean it with toilet paper.
The parking it’s a long walk up on the hill - very far away.

The room and the hotel were great. It's a very touristy small town. The hotel is close to the water and funicular so easily accessible.
The parking is nowhere near the hotel and is quite a hike to retrieve.

Lovely hotel, helpful available staff, spotlessly clean, our car was safe in Hotel Mare’s nearby locked garage! Terrific location to beach, restaurants, funicular. Enjoyed bedroom balcony!

The hotel's location is perfect. for restaurants and the beautiful Nazaré beach.
The staff, especially Teresa, were so friendly and welcoming.
The hotel was so very clean and the breakfast was delicious. When we come back we would definitely stay here again.

As a suggestion, breakfast starting at 7 instead of 8 would be nice for the winter season for those wanting to see the famous Nazaré waves. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be good.

Very close to the beach, funicular and small square with restaurants. Room was big enough, but additional bed was a bit short for our child ;-) Enough food for breakfast. It is also served on the 5 floor with great ocean view and terraces. All in all - great value for money.
Smell in the bathroom.. but I guess it's a common problem for many older hotels in Portugal..

I asked by my booking for a quiet room for away from the elevator and got the room next to the elevator that worked up to midnight every minute
Air condition is extremely loud and you can t use it if you want to sleep, room the soon gets sticky
No fridge in the room, save costs extra money
No power point ( plug so ket) next to the bed, there was only one and you had to crawl under the desk

Everything was bare bones. Tiny towels, no wash clothes. Tiny chairs on balcony, no table. Only one chair in room.
