The location was excellent! Close to everything. Next to restaurant and pub.
No air conditioning and too noisy at night to open the windows.

Location and room were nice.
Would highly recommend not staying here on Friday and Saturday nights. Music till 2am in bar below rooms. if you like loud music and vibration in your room till 2am then its OK. We were not told of this until it happened. If you read other reviews you will see it is a big problem!

The staff, location, the bar all fab.
No tea making facilities only coffee. The tiles in bathroom could be cleaner. No guest slippers.

the noise at night as it’s above the bar, but earplugs are provided for each guest in the room so this was helpful!

if you want to be literally one step away from
a party, this is your place. I realized this a tad too
late and was unable to cancel without a fee. It was a
poor fit for people who are up early and out and prefer
to relax after dinner.
It wasn’t a good fit for us. It was quite loud far
past 11 when the bar downstairs was supposed
to close and shutting the windows made it
unbearably stuffy.

The location is perfect . The rooms compact but have it all. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing and the bar downstairs did lovely food .
There was no heating so rather chilly. We did manage to get an extra blanket though.

Room very small and cramped. Toiletries poor and towels tiny. No space in bathroom for toiletries. No room service available
