The room was beautiful and the staff where lovely

The only thing was the location it was remote but it was lovely

The staff were absolutely exceptional. It was a 5 star service from start to finish. From the bar staff a huge thank you to Robbie, Shane, Sam and Mr Portugal ♥️ you all made our stay so incredibly amazing with your speed and friendliness. The massages in the spa OMG!!!!! THANK YOU to Olga and Victoria and of course Irene and her team. The best service I have ever known. The girls on reception Jennifer and Mary thank you so much. A huge thank you to the chef's. The food was absolutely out of this world. We dined the second night in the restaurant was the best I have ever experienced. It was fine dining with the most incredible food experience. The cocktail class and wine class thank you for a fabulous experience. The breakfast staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you for the best coffee. Overall we can't wait to come back see you soon.

My 84 year old mother asked for a plain ham sandwich at the bar and her request was declined. Two young staff informed us that sandwiches were not been made @ 18.00 hrs. l called the assistant manager who ensured our order was fulfilled. It put a real dampener on our evening and stay as this request had always been fulfilled as we have gone there twice per year.

the food in the bar was just simply amazing the breakfast could be of a higher standard no pastries and very little bread options

the pool area wasn’t very modern booked in for thermal access and was told it included the use of the hot tub and it wasn’t

The water was not realy hot in shower. The weather was very cold on that day and I just want to take a very hot shower, but the water wasn't enough hot.

Fabulous 2 night break away. Emma in the restaurant was so lovely & kind. Fabulous food ...and lovely to be so near the lake for walks.

the setting of the hotel was fabulous. The staff in the main restaurant and at breakfast were very nice. Also lovely staff on reception.

It wasn’t clean. The skirting board in our room was thick with dust. the shower was dirty/grimy. There were dead flies and fly dirt in the windows. The mattress didn’t have a mattress protector. The furniture was shabby.
