Ich hatte extra ein Familien zimmer gebucht! Wir waren mein Mann, mein Sohn, meiner Mutter und ich. Das Zimmer hatte noch ein Zimmer für meine Mama. Insgesamt für 189€ gebucht für nur eine Nacht, damit wir näher am Flughafen sind für die abreise. Am hotel angekommen hieß es, das Zimmer sei nur für Kinder und meine Mutter könnte dort nicht schlafen...? Wtf? Ich wurde gezwunden für fast 100€ noch ein Zimmer für meine Mama zu Buchen...ende vom Lied. Mein Mann hat in dem extra Zimmer geschlafen, damit ich und mein Sohn mehr platz hatten im Doppelbett. Also am ende hat doch ein Erwachsener drin geschlafen und er meinte es war voll kommen gemüdlich, meine Mutter hätte sehr wohl dort schlafen können!!!Fazit fast 300€ für eine Nacht und niemand kommt einem entgegen booking nicht und das Hotel nicht.. ich bin echt sauer!!!

El tiempo de espera para desayunar y la mala gestión del spa, nunca había horas libres para disfrutar de la piscina , aparte del precio del Hotel.

la chambre spacieuse, la qualité du petit déjeuner et les dîners excellents sans oublier le personnel du restaurant le soir( notamment à la personne qui parlait très bien le français). le spa est très bien ( personnel très bien)dommage qu’il faut payé l’accès + les tongs + bonnets.

Axis Hotel is everything you can expect from a 4-star lodging. Nice breakfast (included in reservation), good ambience, contemporary decor, quite spacious room (in our case even with a balcony), comfortable beds, kind customer service. We also went to get a massage in the Spa which was an awesome treat!

During our one-month trip to Europe, Porto Axis Hotel marks one of our final destinations. Not to sound like a complainer, but it's hard not to observe a common trend in the design of bathrooms across Europe in various lodging options we've seen, including this one, and many other 4-star establishments. Truly, why is there a consistent use of half glass doors in showers, which inevitably leads to bathroom flooding while showering?? Plus, be prepared to dry yourself with damp towels because the towel-hangers are inside the shower, so water splashes on them before use (so be sure to take them out prior to getting in). Finally, also be prepared to use those towels to dry the “lake” that has formed in the bathroom floors! 🙄 Ironic it seems to me, considering the notes urging guests to reuse towels for environmental conservation.

Buena ubicación si viajas en coche.

La habitación olía a cerrado y los muebles parecían tener mucho polvo. Necesita una reforma, está un poco anticuado. Tiene 9 plantas y 2 ascensores pequeños que son algo lentos.

Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias, Desayuno muy variado y muy bueno
