Staff were friendly and kids could play at water park from morning

Room was not cleaned enough.

The property was amazing. Clean, well presented and lots of options for food.

I asked for adjoining room to be locked but wasn't until next evening, when guests were already using it - safety concern. Balcony too sunny to sit on in morning.

EVERYTHING ! So convenient especially when you have kids, the swimming area was so good even though it’s getting renovated still making some of it available to swim and play is amazing. The buffet breakfast was the cherry on top. The rooms are comfortable and clean, we just loved everything about it.

There was nothing that I didn’t like, will definitely be back.

The buffet dinner wasn't great for the price you pay unless you eat seafood, there wasn't much to enjoy myself or my children but the nuggets are great

close to sea world. the room was modern and comfortable. the view out to the water and water park was nice for the kids to go out on the balcony.

it is quite aged now. they really need EV chargers. will draw a lot more people if they advertise some fast chargers. the Italian restaurant has nice food but the atmosphere is non existent. bring back the monorail. what an iconic thing for the GC.

The rooms are a little dated, but completely functional

Didn’t have any too expensive and didn’t have any other options so went somewhere else for breakfast then came back

The staff were lovely and everybody was very friendly. The location and proximity for visiting Sea World was absolutely perfect. It was also only a short drive away to Surfer’s Paradise.

Whilst clean, the rooms were quite dated and showed many signs of wear. Bathroom area could do with a refresh and the outdoor balcony furniture could be improved too.
