Pools are good. Separated between adults and kids pool. The room was comfortable but air con was a bit temperamental. However, the hotel was accommodating and made good on the hit and miss air con, getting it fixed and taking us for lunch. The concierge were good, helpful and were organised and the Duty Manager Javier was excellent. He listened and was excellent in sorting issues sort and seemed like he cared.

The menu by the pool for breakfast could have been a bit more expansive. Shame that the stretch of beach they have is protected by the Government and the seaweed can't be moved due to marine wildlife.

I cannot describe this hotel in words. I love how clean they are and how polite everyone working there. I got there few times a year and I will definitely go back again this summer.

The property is well furnished with big rooms.

The stuff was horrible. Upon check in I made a cash deposit covering the accommodation plus 500 eur per night extras. The guy at the reception did not give me any receipt, and I forgot to ask while I was checking in. When I came down for dinner at the hotel restaurant, I went to the reception to ask for my deposit receipt and they told me I have to wait as the guy who took the money was having dinner. I waited, nevertheless I am paying more than 1000 Euros per night and loosing my reservation. When the guy, who took my money finished his dinner and came, claimed that I gave him 100 euros less. I insisted that I gave him the right amount, but he said it is my mistake. Also I lost my reservation. Around 12 pm, when I was falling asleep, I got a phone call from the same guy to tell me, he checked the cameras and saw that I gave him money, but I still have money in my purse, so maybe there were the missing 100 euros. He thought it is perfectly normal to call me at 12 pm to tell me that and to accuse me of not giving the exact amount. So I lost 100 EUR, my diner reservation and my sleep. The next day at the pool all the stuff was walking with there eyes in there feet so it was almost impossible to order anything. Wherever when you managed to order, you should double check your bill, because I witness all the people around me to complain that they were overcharged. The same thing happened to me upon check out, they tried to make me pay the breakfast two times. So I will never, ever return to that hell hotel and recommend nobody goes there.
