A big hotel which suited our group. Good location. Plenty of parking at the breakfast was good. 
The bar was a bit old-fashioned

Rooms dates. Leisure experience extremely poor. Pool was freezing. Hot tub was malfunctioning so it was cold and no jets working

Hotel very comfortable, staff just really nice, professional but 'human' - just a really lovely experience staying at the hotel.

Quite dated, no lock on bathroom door and door into the room wasn't very secure

very easy check in staff very friendly.. especially Andrea in the restaurant..
maybe a little cold but it was very cold outside also.

Couldn't pay with Revoult card, machine not taking it. Had to find cash machine,which charged me. Ordered dinner didn't have what qe wanted.

everything from start to finish honestly! the staff where so helpful and friendly , food was delicious in the waterfront bar, breakfast was great too then the rooms were spacious, comfy and a cosy feel all round.
