Customer service has some room for improvement. We’ve raised our displeasure with some things such as the fact that the place had no duvet, just a bedsheet cover! We didn’t feel like we were heard, were given rather quick-witted answers instead. At 8:30am the cleaner started hoovering very loudly, which ruined our sleep. Although a good location, there is a long way to go.

Had good A/C as was very hot. Room good for sleeping as could block out light. Stephan, the property manager was very nice and helpful.
Stairs to my room were narrow spiral ones. Needed help to get my luggage up & down. Not recommended for elderly persons or anyone with mobility issues. Requested a ground floor room, but they were already booked. Taxi could not get to hotel entrance so was difficult to get my luggage there. Plus Theatre Festival caused very crowded conditions throughout the town of Avignon. Breakfast not worth the 18 euros.

The owners are just so sweet and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Stephen told me where to go and gave me a map so that I visited all the sites easily.  Emmanuel makes fabulous pastries served at breakfast.

The hosts were fabulous: recommendations, accommodations, and breakfast (ooh la la), etc.
Our taxi from MRS had to drive around for an hour just to figure out where to drop us off. Hint: fly in or take the train to Avignon; local taxis can drive to the front door.

Amazingly helpful staff, Stephan has helped us for reservations in Avignon but also for our further trip to South of France. Attention to detail and human touch. Also location of the property is very good for discovering Avignon.

We got a nice well designed room. The hotel is well located. Funny old time keys were a blast.
At check in we had a very friendly review of things to do in town.
I tried to get a different room ( had a few in our group) but was told it wasn't available but it seemed to be on the web site. I also asked if there was a parking garage nearby but never got a response.

The hotel manager was exceptionally friendly and informative to areas to see and places to eat. We could not get to all of these but appreciated her outgoing nature. She was kind to personally show us our room and how things worked. The stairway was pretty but could be issue for some people due to how steep and circular. Did not see an elevator
Parking in the city in general is very challenging inside the walls of the community. Nearby parking was available but unsure if overnight parking available where we moved our car, We found on street parking that was OK for night
