This was a very last-minute booking, As I had arrived at norwich station at midnight from Stansted Airport after a trip abroad and unfortunately my lift home was going to be very late due to road closures. So I booked this hotel via my phone, I arrived at the hotel well after midnight and was greeted with a smile and nothing would be too much attitude, the room with ensuite was spotlessly clean, well decorated and very comfortable, there was also complementary tea, coffee and fruit juices along with chocolate biscuits, the bed was extremely comfortable which was very much needed after my flight. I left fully refreshed early in the morning, taking the very short walk to the station to catch my train home. I was only sorry due to the time I left. I was unable to thank my hosts for accommodating me without notice. Would highly recommend.

Really great value, superb standards, extras and most importantly, cleanliness.
Nothing, just the big window was over a car park. But nothing to worry about one curtains were drawn.

Fantastic value for money. Was pleasantly surprised by how good the room was. Great location. Tidy bathroom with good water pressure. Welcome snacks were nice touch.

Very clean, really nice staff. We had issue with tap in our room but was quickly moved to another when they saw it would take some time to fix. Second room was just as nice, bathroom was great, nice shower lovely water shampoo and soap provided. Towels good.
Walls are quite thin and could hear other guests but that's not something the hotel can change! X the fact we had Netflix meant so much for the night and free WiFi. Wish we'd tried the restaurant!
Is was all great except for thin walls but even that didn't bother us that much! Slept well!

Ideal location 5 minutes walk to railway station and 10 into the city centre. Hotel very clean room number 4 very modern clean and comfortable, plenty to eat for breakfast, staff very pleasant and professional, would recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff and excellent value. Close to city centre. - 15mins walk. Indian restaurant on site.

Good size room and ensuite. Getting to and from the property was easy, and felt nice and quiet in the night. Bed was comfortable and shower was good.
Room and overall building was uncomfortably hot, so spent a lot of the night with the window open, and this was in December (had turned the radiator off but the overall heat of the place was a lot).

location of room was near to reception desk. there was background chatter heard whilst in the room. the sound wasn't nosy but interfered a little with relaxing.
In the evening in the restaurant relaxing music was playing via ?internet. intermittently adverts were also played,
this interrupted the relaxation of the dining experience. the content of some of the short adverts were unsuitable
during dining.

Location was ideal for Work.
I couldn't sleep I was in room 3 and till 2:00 am someone had there TV on so loud I couldn't sleep after being told at the desk keep the noise down afte 10:00pm

Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean. Great shower. Comfortable beds. 20 minutes walk into city centre - not too close and not too far.
Windows sealed shut so no ventilation. I think you'd have to ask for the window to be unlocked if you want ventilation. Some noise from outside but fortunately not too much traffic.

Very clean, lovely rooms, nice staff
The fact that we couldn't have a jot breakfast, as no chef apparently, had to make do with luke warm drinks and 2 pieces of toast each as no more bread, not ideal breakfast fgir a 235 mile journey home, and then we get charged 6 pound each for the toast and drink

Ordered twin beds, got put in family room so got a double and single bed larger room, lovely heavy duty curtains comfy beds and pillows
Spotlessly clean, nice touch with tea n coffee station was 3 cartons of fruit juice, plus 3 breakfast bars.
Smart tv. Nice powerful shower.
Only complaint if any, was toilet seat loose

The location was great, close to the centre and the train station. For the money, 40 a night for 2 people, it is nothing to be angry about.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard, I kept waking up from the discomfort. We asked the staff for extra milk for tea and they refused while snickering. We stayed in 2 rooms during our stay and one had a wonderful shower but the other shower was leaking without separate temperature and pressure control.
