Clean room

Very small size of The twin beds. I was afraid to fall out of the bed.( No plugs near the beds, only close to the floor, on the other side of the room. Poor breakfast. Horibble Coffee.

The room is big, clean and the hotel had parking

Shower water pressure was low, the view from the windows is more utilitarian then artistic (it was a building materials depo)

I’ve booked again with this hotel, as the front desk staff are so welcoming and friendly, with a positive attitude especially Yessica who has welcomed me on booth of my stays, and was ready to help whenever I needed, including printing some documents I needed, and recommend a shopping centre from where I could buy a new luggage as mine failed me. Rooms are very clean and scented with a pleasant perfume, and get a lot of natural light that it’s a pleasure to watch the sunset from its big windows . They offer toiletries, clean towels, bath rope, and slippers, as well a a minibar, under the desk. Clean sheets and comfortable mattress, and air conditioning as well. Very close to amenities such as Iullius Mall, Euro Shopping Centre, and few of others. Overall it’s a very beautiful, hotel if you’re looking to get some peace and quiet, and rest in Timisoara. Highly recommend.

Angellis comes from Angel . And it couldn’t be more true when you stay at Hotel Angellis . The staff are amazing , and welcoming, very calm and helpful. I’ve chose to stay again, for that reason. Room facilities are up to the expectation, the room is very clean and nicely scented. Breakfast is nice in a beautiful atmosphere.

They have parking included in the room price.

Although very friendly and trying to be helpful, the staff is completely untrained and given no decision-making power for solving simple problems. Examples: the receptionist did not know the WiFi password (we found it later on the inner side of the key holder). We were given a noisy and smelly room and asked for a change. The room was literally stinking of cheap bathroom air freshner and facing a noisy main road. Although the hotel was almost empty, they could not accommodate our request because a football team was supposed to check in "the next day at an unknown hour and the rooms were reserved for them". After phone consulting with the off duty manager we were given a room at a higher floor, still noisy and still smelly. Between noise and heavy smell we chose the former and slept with the open window. The shower was basically trickling; no water pressure. There was not even one coat hanger in the wardrobe. The carpet appeared worn out and not exactly clean. For what we got, we found the hotel not worthy of the pay.

Break fast was good

I didn't like the fact that my room was facing the high way, cos it was so noisy by the movement of cars. I always like quite environment.
