Friendliness of the staff, breakfast and cleanliness
The room has not changed in 20yrs. Shower room was hostel style. For 150e a night it should have been better.

Free parking in front of hotel. Lady doing checkin friendly and efficient. Great breakfast choice, good bar choice, comfortable good sized room and all clean.
Evening meal choices limited, and no good alternatives nearby.

Location was good, the staff was mainly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
We booked room with queen/king bed for two but got a room with two single beds. The room temperature must have been more than +30 degrees Celsius and there was no air conditioning other than a portable fan. Only option to cool the room was to open the window fully and place the fan on the window to blow in cool air in but we didn't want to leave the window fully open for whole night so the effect of the fan died down as soon as we fell asleep. It was the sweatiest and the worst night in a hotel bed that I've spent in my life because it only got worse towards the morning with the heat increasing.

Friendly staff and nice service for us and our dog who loves the toy he got. Breakfast was good and would have been perfect if a cappuccino would have been available.

The receptionist that it was in the morning not the blond and younger one. She was really helpful ,kind and with a big smile in contrast with the other girl that she seemed to be bored

Breakfast buffet is excellent. There are good vegetarian options and the buffet opens already at 6am.
The bed is very comfortable and the pillow and mattress are nice. The room was very quiet and WIFI worked well.
Curiously, sauna was impossibly hot. Way too hot to be comfortable. On the other hand, the pool was too cold. These two problems don't cancel out each other, really. Had sauna been 10 degrees cooler and the pool 5 degrees warmer, it would be been perfect.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room, you can buy it in reception for 2 or 3 euros. It’s very noisy. We had the worst nights sleep. It caters for large coach groups so suddenly you’re decended upon at the dinner buffet or the lifts. Doors slamming all night long.
