The staff was very nice and even thinking ahead of our needs and wishes. We have been there in February, so both outdoor swimming pools were out of reach, but indoor spa facilities were very nice. Also surprisingly very nice kids facilities both indoor and outdoor.

The fact that the time with kids in the swimming pool was limited, but this is because we were with the kids, otherwise we would have appreciated some time without kids in the spa. however it would have been good to know before booking the hotel that there are time limits for the kids in the pool.

Exceptional facilities coupled with tremendously helpful staff. The pictures don’t do the hotel justice and we’ll definitely be returning at a later date.

I was disappointed that I was not given the choice of where to park on arrival. The valet greeted me and took my car away but they wanted to charge me for the parking for both nights when they had a perfectly adequate car park on site which was free. A little more clarification would have been appreciated.

The property is amazing in particular the gardens. We came with our baby who enjoyed watching the fish and birds.

At first we were given a room without air conditioning which was not mentioned when we made the reservation. However the problem was quickly handled by the amazing staff. We wish the lagoon pool had been heated (we stayed in October)

Beautiful beautiful resort-style property. Delicious food, beautiful facilities and great service.

Slightly overpriced for what it is (like a lot of hotels in the area) but we were lucky to be upgraded.

Beautiful hotel and pools, lovely suite for my husband and I and my daughter was on the sofa bed in the living room which she said was very comfortable.

Breakfast and food offerings could have been better for the quality of the surroundings and price paid I would have expected better. We had asked for our second room to be made up as two singles, had received communication from both Booking.com and the hotel itself that this was ok and would be done, to find that it had not been done when we got there. This was a shame, but it was sorted out fairly quickly.

The property was amazing! Spa was undersold and we were pleasantly surprised by the impressive and relaxing spa! Rooms were stellar! Views and privacy of the terrace was excellent!

The spa locker room locks did not work - most of these were faulty. Just something to be aware of. That said, the spa was incredible! Poolside and bar drinks were excessively priced! We had wine in the room to take in sunsets and went to St Paul De Vence for dinner a few times (short 5 min drive) - if prices were more reasonable we would have stayed and drank/ate there. Other comparable resorts (like the fairmont franchise) are also pricey, but this resort was completely out of touch and probably loses business.

Hotel was beautiful. Room was fab. Spa was stunning.Food was nice but small portions.

The hotel was way too expensive.Ten Euros for a coffee is just a rip off. Not enough pool staff. No one came round to offer drinks. Hard to get an Uber and taxi prices are outrageous.Second concierge was unhelpful and bordering on being rude.
